Congressman Bilbray speaks with Lou Dobbs and Congressman Anthony Weiner about providing illegal immigrants with health care at taxpayer expense under H.R. 3200. Mr. Weiner articulates the Democratic Party position while Mr. Bilbray discusses the moderate Republican position that states unless there is enforcement of legal status when using nationalized health insurance, there is no way know whether or not illegal immigrants are taking advantage of taxpayers.
