We shouldn't rule out the educational and propaganda value of these tools. My mind is reeling from all the different angles and genres that would be possible.
The Army didn't poor millions into a first-person shooter game to give away for free, for no reason. They did it to train our young men squad- based combat tactics.
The best "players" will no doubt be drafted later.
That being said, there are to many FPS out there already. Just make a mod and a map, and a few "skins" and your ready to go.
You could probably create a mod of Counterstrike, for example, with the maps being at different border spots(with as much accurate terrain detail as possible) make the bad guys wear black ski masks , and have the good guys wear whatever.
It would be a great propaganda tool for the future. Think of the millions of young Americans, furious at the invasion, knowledgable in border terrain, and well schooled in the techniques of ambushing Mexican Army humvees.
The more controversy and outcry from the OBL it generates, the more distribution it will enjoy.
I got more ideas, but later.

We could make a simple game where when you did the right things the illegal aliens left the country and when you did the wrong things more flooded into the country and when there were a certain numbers then your streets were on fire like France and finally the country crumbles.

Yeah, I was going to include ,that since it would be showing the reality of the situation(TRUTH), the public would be all the more receptive and interested.
When I say propaganda, in this context, i'm not implying deception.
What good is the truth, if it is meekly mentioned ONCE, and then is shouted down with cries of "racism!", and never repeated again?

W made a good suggestion earlier.
A game like simcity or zoo tycoon where it is not a first person shooter. A game where you have goals and scenairos to complete to help the illegal immigration problem by enacting policies and building up the border if you don't the country falls apart. Ibet if it was like one of these games more people than you know would buy it."The defense of a nation begins at it's borders" Tancredo

yeah, or something like RISK (the classic board game).
This could serve as a kind of visual aid to communicate the invasion.
Maybe we need a History Channel-type presentation, with map graphics to animate all the successful invasions throughout history, and how the invasion on the border will appear to be the largest ,by a conquering army.
Have all the nifty graphics to show the mass numbers of troops pouring into the soon to be destroyed nations.
Sample audio:
"Here's Alexander the Great, sweeping across the MidEast. (animate graphic) Now here's Hitlers armies sweeping into France and Poland (animate graphic), Now here's the American Southwest (animate montage of ski-masked smugglers carrying AK47's,closed hospitals, thousands of gravestones, gridlocked and pollution choked highways, overflowing schools, gang infested neighboorhoods, etc etc"
Pictures say a thousand words, and the public can be moved by images, not words.

There is a mod in production for a game called Joint Operations where one side plays the US Border Patrol and the other plays the Mexican Army/smugglers. Im sure HALO2 and Battlefield 1942 have similar mods. USBP will have access to jeeps, choppers, boats, armored vehicles, etc and rifles, shotguns, light machine guns, pistols, etc.
Yes, it is a FPS shooter but it also gives you an insight as to how hard it to secure the border as these maps can be pretty big (even with 150 players present you can be lonely in some parts).

This new video games sort of comes close to a game about the illegal aliens' MS-13 street gang.

Arguably, this could apply to all 20 million illegals, since they committed criminal actions upon breeching the border. Hence, they are all criminals.
