I just talked to Lou Dobbs on the radio. I told him about the Idaho Dairymen's Association and how they have LaRaza's "How To Avoid The Law" Handbook on their website. He is going to call them out on this and get them on his TV and radio show because he's had it with them. I had emailed Lou all the information a couple of days ago and the producer took my number in case he needed to call me again. I just talked to my Idaho senator Mike Jorgenson and he's giving the Dairymen a good work over, too. I asked him if he'd go on Lou Dobbs if asked and he said he would. As soon as I get the audio transcript of me being on his show, I'll post it here.

Immigration Reform

The United Dairymen of Idaho Board of Directors has identified immigration reform that helps insure the continued health and viability of Idaho's dairy industry to be the top priority for staff and Board in the coming years. Through this direction, the Board has dedicated significant funds within its 2008 budget to be used in identifying and implementing a plan that will change the perception, elected officials and the public have, in reforming our national immigration policies. This is planned to be a state and regional effort with conjoined national efforts where needed.

Please help do your part by contacting our National Congressional Representatives and Senators. Below is a link with contact information for all the Idaho Congressional offices, both in Idaho and in Washington DC. Taking the time to make a phone call or sending an email to our national delegation helps to emphasize the need for immigration reform that ensures the continued health and viability of Idaho's dairy industry.

Also, below are informational brochures both in English and Spanish explaining the rights of US immigrants. Please read this document yourself and distribute copies to your employees. Thanks! I'm pretty excited about this because this has been going on right under my nose and I didn't know it. Neither did some of our elected officials, or at least the ones who are fighting amnesty here. Hopefully Lou will make a national disgrace out of the Dairymen and they'll back off.

Oh my God, they did! I just went to their main web page and everything in immigration is magically gone. I tried to look on Lou's site to find the transcript and I can't find where to look now. He must've changed it. Does anyone else know how to find it?
