This is also what worries me and even if Trump won I don't think he has big enough balls to forcibly take down Supreme Court judges unless he can find the dirt and then show it off first. DAPA challenge if done legit has no possible way for DAPA to come out alive. First off Sotomayor would be a guaranteed recusal and if doesn't do it voluntarily then by the Chief Justice to demand it. Kagan as well also has a strong case for being recused as well as she has also had significant ties to the pro illegal alien agenda and groups while Sotomayor has walked hand in hand with them. That on a legit court would put the verdict fairly guaranteed at 4/3 or 5/2 with Obama losing. There would be essentially NO way for Obama to win if it was done legit. But since Obama is requesting this this to me suggests he plans neither Sotomayor or Kagan from being recused which can only be forced by the Chief Justice if they don't recuse themselves. Why so thou? Only if he feels he has Roberts in his pocket somehow.
Now IF Obama wins and at the least Sotomayor doesn't recuse herself their are significant grounds for forcibly removing Roberts and Sotomayor from the bench and potentially also Kagan and impeaching them as well. Congress wouldn't go for it but a strong President could take action arresting them and forcibly removing them under charges of public corruption and some sort. No way any other President would have the balls and it would be a big risk to Trump as well who I think would look for a much quieter way to get rid of the issue.
