I told Jim that it took me 3 phone calls before I reached somebody I could actually understand. I asked him what was up with that? He was very vague and seemed uneasy. Obviously our phone call was being recorded.

Very frustrating

Your packages can be tracked online. Just use the tracking # and go to their web. I do it all of the time, you can find out the exact spot that the package is at. I hate using the phone.

Yes there is no stopping globalism and i don't mind being apart of the rest of the world as long as it is not at Americans expense, their loss of jobs, retirements, health care....our culture, way of life, security, sovereignty or ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!

I wan't aware of that. However, I haven't needed technical support in the last 6-8 months. I believe it was around February when I made the change.
