When I called support at Microsoft I could not undersand them either and complained.I called other depts. of Micro until I found an American to handle my problem.

Americans have not complained in the past because they do not like confrontation and these companies counted on their silence so they could do as they pleased.

Americans are finally standing up for their rights and really upsetting Big Business Apple Carts and they do not like it !!!

I had the same problems with Microsoft! Every call Dell with a very hard question? HP is guilty too!!! HAHA its a joke! My clients have these machines and I need to call them sometimes for verification purposes or further info...
BL, here's a good cartoon making fun of Dell's outsourcing. It's a good one!

Most welcome. I love Foamy the squirrel. He's a jaded little guy!
That one hits home to anyone who works for GE because anytime we have computer issues, they are the ones we have to call.

When I was in college (10 years ago) I wrote a article in my college news paper about how some teachers could not speak English well. We had several teachers from India, Asia, and Africa even. Ones from India were the worst and I ticked a lot of people off with my letter complaining about them. But my point was clear.. students should be able to understand those who are teaching them.

Did my letter resolve the issue? NO.. but it did help to bring light to the issue whereas most students would never say anything about it..

Deputy, good point! The students should be able to understand their teachers, especially in college when we all know the tuition isn't given away. (I guess unless you're an illegal).

I remember I called AOL tech support once and the guy who answered had a really think Indian accent and said he was named John. "May I ask who I am speaking with?" he said. I quickly said Sanjay. To give the guy credit he didn't bat an eye and we continued w/my problem.
