Will Elected Reps Accept Phone Calls From Non-Constituents?

This ALIPAC newbie would like to help proAmericans all across the country.

Does anyone know if elected reps will accept phone calls from people who are not from their districts?

Some will, some won't, I have yet to talk to actual elected official, it's always and aid. They ask for name and address and I don't know if they forward the message if you aren't in their district or not.

On emails and some FAX's, you have to have a zipcode in that state.
So ypu just look some up and plug it in.

    Depends on the issue.

I give them a hard time if they won't take my call, I say that I am a tax payer and the issue at hand effects all Americans. And as a representative of the United States of America they have no right to deprive me of my right to express my opinions. It usually doesn't come to this because I introduce myself as a legal and legitimate tax paying citizen of the United States. smile

I don't allow them to give me the run around but I am always polite and if speaking to an receptionist, I use their name while speaking to them and always say thank you.
