    im curious, was I the only one who saw the video but did not hear anything about a specific group of people mentioned. i thought all i heard was the farmers needed a guest worker program for their farms. i didnt hear anyone say they needed only hispanics or mexicans.

    did i miss something

    The legislation includes a provision for the State of Colorado to set up an office in Mexico, to recruit the "guest workers" in question.
