hope you are wrong, these criminals will only see 1070 gutted, or stopped as a green lite. and i dont think it will be the end of it either. arizonans will not be happy.

The Judge has alread blocked some provisions in the new Law, but refused to block the complete Bill because the claim of "unconstitutional" was unfit.

47 other states would have their own laws up and running in no time (49 minus california and new york, two states that would rather go broke than stop the flow of criminal aliens).

Add Nevada to that count with Calif and New York...we have Reid here

No ruling has been forthcoming and it will come electronically rather than in an open court room
