Mariann Davies, attorney, political activist and Vice-Chair of "You Don't Speak for Me", will appear as a guest on CNN Newsroom with host Tony Harris to discuss the case of Elvira Arellano, the illegal alien, convicted felon and fugitive who has been hiding in a store-front church in Chicago for the last year. She announced several days ago that she will leaving her hide-out and head to Washington, DC to lobby our elected officials to stay her deportation and allow all illegal immigrants (including convicted felons like her) who are parents to U.S. born children, special reprieve from deportation orders and make them U.S. citizens. Slim Coleman, the pastor of the store-front church who, along with his wife, Emma Lozano, (a self-described Socialist) will offer the opposing view. Stay tuned.

Now.. Why exactly has she not been arrested? What keeps the police from just going in and arresting Elvira. I admitt I don't know much about her case.

I want Chertoff Arrested and put behind bars...

Also, to slap Americans in the face even harder..TIME magazine named her one of the "People who Matter" in 2006.
She is a criminal and she pimps her child across the country to further her own selfish cause. She has ties to the Communist and Socialist Parties. People's Weekly and Socialist Worker often feature her in articles on their websites.

We have some foes out there who are very powerful - as in having the media and the politicians in their back pockets.

Just wonder where they think they are going to live when this country becomes a cesspool?

I need to write that down or I'll forget. Ms Davies is very articulate. I really want to hear her take on it since it's the "You Don't Speak for Me" group.

Our leaders are afraid of riots breaking out if she's arrested, IMHO. What other reason would there be. If a white felon criminal was held up in a church, law enforcement wouldn't think twice about apprehending him right in the church.

Our leaders are gutless. If they are going to let the risk of riots affect their decisions and actions, then they might as well be negotiating with terorrists, which they probably already do. This woman needs to go down and I mean go down NOW!! Here's a coment I made in another thread:

Mr. Chertoff, you need to decide if she is going to walk all over you, or if you will do your job. YOUR REPUTATION WILL BE ON THE LINE AND EVERYONE WILL BE WATCHING YOUR DECISION. Is this going to be the case of the criminal rendering city hall powerless? If you let the risk of riots sway your actions, you might as well be negotiating with terorrists. WAKE UP!
