Vinpocetine Boosts Blood Flow to Your Brain
Vinpocetine is widely used in Japan, Hungary, Germany, Poland and Russia for the treatment of cerebrovascular-related pathologies. The human studies indicate that it works best when problems are not too advanced. This is because nutrition works with existing situations to help guide their improvement. It is like wrinkled skin – it is best to start working on the issue before it gets too far along.......

Spices And Herbs Can Offer Safer Relief From Ills Than Pills

October 15, 2013 by Bob Livingston

Most Americans are brainwashed by the medical establishment. They believe that the only relief available to them comes from a pill.
At the first sign of a medical issue they turn to allopathic doctors who are mostly just pill pushers for Big Pharma. But there are dozens of herbs and spices that are recognized as having the ability to naturally set our bodies back aright when the natural functions get out of whack. Here are five:
Lemon balm— This highly versatile herb is useful to help anxiety sufferers, to boost the immune system, help with digestion and relieves cold sores. It also helps soothing teething pain in children. (Don’t use if suffering from hypothyroidism.
Ginger— Ginger tea or ginger ale is excellent at settling distressed stomachs. Ginger boosts the immune system and has antimicrobial and pain-relieving properties. It serves as an expectorant and diaphoretic, which makes it a great source for relieving the symptoms of colds, coughs or fevers. Cooled or cold ginger tea can be applied to burns to help relieve pain.
Tumeric— This spice helps with heart health, digestion, liver function and to fight Alzheimer’s. It can be applied to the skin to treat eczema.
Dandelion— This weed is a superfood that is edible from root to flower. Its sap can be used topically on warts. Its leaves make a great tea or salad. It helps liver health and is a diuretic.
Elder— The plant’s berries (elderberries) make a nice wine and also serve to strengthen the immune system. Some like to make a syrup from the berries to use when cold and flu season arrive.
