You hit the nail on the head with your recent release. Not only did Obama succeed in usurping the American people's will, I am angry and disillusioned. The country I have loved all these years is disappearing before my eyes and being replaced by a country I am no longer a part of, and one that I am starting to despise. However, to say that "There is a sense of extreme anger sweeping America today" may be putting it lightly.

They have won the battle, BUT AMERICA WILL WIN THE WAR!!!

Be extremely vigilant! Should this go to the SUPREME Court- Make SURE the deck hasn't been stacked, i.e. KAGAN CANNOT BE CONFIRMED!!! Email your Senators NOW to OPPOSE KAGAN! Obama is stacking the deck against US.

Second: CLEAN HOUSE NOW STARTING WITH THE PRIMARIES AND FINISH THE JOB IN NOVEMBER! Perhaps we will then see IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS initiated in January.

The injunction only applies to 4 sections, not the whole law. There's still plenty of teeth in what's left. Gov. Brewer and Arizona WILL NOT GIVE UP THE FIGHT!

I wish everyone would stop calling Obama president. everyone has got to realize, acknowledge and get to the fact the obama is not and CAN NOT ever be president of this country. Yes, including my allies here.

Mr. Obama is not a "natural born citizen" once everyone finally learns that, and realize he doesnt have any authority to pass a paper bag into law - he will be defeated - and justice will be served and democracy will return to America.

This has nothing to do with any birth certificate that obama may or may not have. This is all about "natural law" and "natural inheritance" -- get it ??

Its about what is naturally transferred to the child from from parents. In Article 2 of the US. Constitution, it states "natural born citizen" is a requirement as president. Citizenship transference by the natural inheritance to the child from the parents is what Article 2 means.

Please dont try to justify obama as a legitimate president by quoting the 14th amendment...a couple of congressmen have already done that. My intelligent rebuttal back, the 14th amendment does not change the constitutional requirements for president, nor does it define(or redefine) what "Natural Born" is. The 14th amendment is irrelevant.

Again, its all about Natural Law; the transmission of properties and characteristics from the parents to the child. This is what is spoken of, pertaining to citizenship, that the Constitution states.

Two Mexicans beget a mexican child, not a frenchmen. The child, by natural transference, takes on the characteristics of citizenship of the parents. The child can not pick what they are born as, they have no control of it. They can become Naturalized to another citizenship, but the birth citizenship will alway be the same; ie, a frenchmen, a kenyan, a iranian, etc

Everyone knows obama has parents of two citizenships, one American(mother), the other Kenyan(father). So by this natural law of inheritance; obama is a kenyan/american or an american/kenyan. A dual naturally inherited citizenship child. He is not sovereign in the citizenship so he is not "natural born".

This decision is a slap in the faces of every legal person citizen in this country. we have sat on our hands too long doing virtually nothing its time for the real war. we cannot let these illegal aliens take any more from us next it will be the entire fricking congress presidency and all state local offices. this is war and we didn't start it but we need to finish it we need to take this congress president attorney general and ship them to Mexico ASAP. this judge is just doing what "O" wants her to do she now has no creditability with me. as for Dems they are on the chopping block November can't come soon enough but if we allow amnesty to come upon it it's over and they will control the country for years to come this is unbelievable that any body with a brain who calls themselves an american citizen could again throw the legal citizens under the bus for a bunch of criminal illegal aliens. this is very scary what this country is saying to the legal citizens is get out we don't want you anymore. we do want you but demand that you continue to support the criminals that we have choosen to be our base as royalty. but as for the citizens you get nothing in return except destruction that is after you have paid all you have and there is nothing left then you can go to he@@. this is the proof positive attitude as seen and manifested by the ongoing actions of this government. :

DUH! Bolton IS a Federal Judge! Just because she issued an injunction against certain parts doesn't make her anti-Constitutional. She is known to be extremely fair and well versed. Never fear - This is only an injunction - Gov. Jan is prepared to take this all the way!

We need an amendment to the US Constitution that affirms states’ authority to assist the federal government in enforcing immigration law.
