In effect it still gives the invaders many rights and outs to remain here

Ms. Bolton is continuing the precedent that Obama and Pelosi have set for aiding and abetting illegal aliens despite what the majority of Americans demand. This is no democracy-- it's a joke, and our "representatives" are for sale to the highest bidder. They pander to hispanics for their votes and potential votes, favor their rich cronies by granting them cheap Mexican labor, and assist the current administration in its strides towards a tyrannical socialistic state.
The ONLY solution is for Americans to get off their butts, get their heads into the issues that will have devastating long-term effects (immigration, both illegal and legal), and get out and VOTE OUT OF OFFICE every politician who does not truly represent us. We have the Congress on record thanks to the DeMint amendment (#4464) that forced them to state whether we should fund the Feds lawsuit against AZ. 77 reps and 5 senators voted FOR funding. Well, if the Republicans would get rid of the likes of McCain and his drag queen pal Lindsey Graham, the two ding bats from Maine, Snow and Collins, ignore ignorant cretins like the Palin's, then, sit down with the opposition party and agree to do what is right for the U.S. and not big business or the Chamber of Commerce i.e., require employers to ensure that all employees are in the U.S. legally, maybe then the illegals will see the light and get the hell out of here.

I am sick and tired of seeing illegals walking the streets with their anchor babies, commiserating in Mexikan, and expecting me to pay for their kids education.

Toss all the incumbents out in November and repeat the process every tow years. Maybe then, we will get our country back.

And guess who gets the appeal request on this one? The 9th Circus Court in La-La Land!

A liberal activist judge issued an injunction against the key aspect of Arizona's SB 1070. Officers will not be allowed to check for the legal status of people they encounter during lawful contact, legal immigrants will not be required to carry their immigration papers, and illegal aliens will be allowed to solicit work in public.

According to Judge Susan Bolton: "There is a substantial likelihood that officers will wrongfully arrest legal resident aliens under the new (law)." This is in spite of many safeguards to protect legal residents and against racial profiling in the law.

Obama and his cronies know that if the law were enacted, none of these "potential" violations will occur, so they decided to block the democratic will of the people of Arizona before the public sees that the law will work.

Let's be honest. Obama doesn't want immigration laws enforced--not by the feds and not by the states. It is his open-border policy that he is imposing on this country against the law and against the will of the people.

But judges are supposed to uphold our laws, not prevent them from being enforced. It is outrageous that Arizona is not allowed to protect its citizens!
