Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (Est. 9/11/2004) is today releasing the nation's most extensive list of Americans killed by illegals, while cautioning readers that this list represents only a small portion of the true numbers of the thousands of Americans killed by illegals due to insufficient enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws.

This activist derived list represents only a small fraction of the true numbers because many of such deaths are never reported in the media at all, and if they are reported, the identity of the killer is often unknown or never determined as more than half of all murders in America go unsolved. Sheriff Grady Judd claims he shares Trump Desantis view of letting most illegals stay

Listen to this to the nine-minute mark when Sheriff Judd starts talking about a "path forward" Amnesty for most illegals. The path is for illegals to go home, not have a path to citizenship. That is what is right, not giving them citizenship and voting rights. Congress has not voted on or passed anything like what Sheriff Grady Judd is recommending, in fact, that kind of legislation has been defeated in DC eight times since 2004!

And this is scary because Sheriff Judd is saying his plan for most illegals to stay is the same plan shared by Trump and Desantis. Just deport the illegals they know already victimized an American and let the rest stay. Which would lead us to the exact place the Globalists responsible for this invasion wanted us all along. A federal judge has ordered federal immigration authorities to release an illegal immigrant gang member with multiple unlawful entries into the United States and whose criminal history includes rape and robbery, Fox News Digital has learned.

Earlier this month, U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson, an Obama appointee, ordered the release of Carlos Antonio Flores-Miguel, an MS-13 gang member from El Salvador, from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said.

“This activist, Obama-appointed judge RELEASED Carlos Antonio Flores-Miguel, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador and MS-13 gang member, from ICE Custody,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “Releasing violent criminals is inexcusably reckless and now this criminal will be able to perpetrate more crimes against innocent Americans.”

Flores-Miguel was released into the United States under the Biden administration in 2022, DHS said.

On Jan. 20, he was arrested by ICE in Minneapolis, when he violently resisted by punching and kicking ICE law enforcement officers, authorities said. In addition, he allegedly grabbed an ICE officer’s gun holster.

On Feb 10, 2026, Breitbart's Ian Hanchett reports in an article titled"Mullin: There Is Possible Conversation About Legalizing Some in U.S. Illegally" (SOURCE) that on broadcast of Fox News Radio’s “Brian Kilmeade Show,” Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) said there is a possible conversation about legalization for people brought to the U.S. under the age of 18 by their parents or people who have been in the country for ten years or more. While Mullin was eager to not call the legalization of illegals "Amnesty", there is a much discussed trick by which some Republicans would be willing to vote with Democrats to remove the deportation penatlties for some illegals and create a second tier of US citizenship which a single activist judge could strike down as the courts have made it clear they will not allow Congress to create a second-class version of citizenship.

Such a deal to give legal presence to millions of illegals would have a massively demoralizing impact on Republican and pro-America voters going into the 2026 Midterm elections, as a recent Harris Poll / HarrisX polling showed 57% of all Americans WANT ALL ILLEGALS DEPORTED, which is what the current Constitution and immigration laws of America require.

Three RINO GOP Senators Fighting Against the SAVE ACT

The SAVE ACT is needed because while it is currently against the law for noncitizens and illegal aliens to register or to vote, both of which are felonies, many states are not checking to make sure. Illegals can just check a box that says "yes, I'm a citizen," and nobody checks the accuracy of that claim on the county, state, or federal level.

This is why ALIPAC supports the SAVE ACT to require proof of citizenship and photo ID to vote for all voters in every state.

Currently, every Democrat in DC opposes the SAVE ACT because they know illegals are voting and are counting on those illegal noncitizen voters to give them full and permanent control of America soon, just like the way they took over California after Reagan's Amnesty.

In the US Senate, it takes 60 votes to pass Cloture and clear the filibuster rule that helped stop mass Amnesty for illegals bills eight times in DC since ALIPAC's founding in 2004. Republicans only have 53 Senate seats, which makes it unlikely we can get the SAVE ACT passed this year, though we still plan to fight as hard as we can.

ALIPAC is fighting any way we legally can on the local, state, and federal levels to remove every illegal noncitizen voter we can from the 2026 elections.

There are three Amnesty supporting RINO Republicans working to help Democrats and illegals and stop the SAVE ACT in the Senate.

The three Republicans opposing the SAVE ACT are Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC), Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK). Tillis and McConnell are retiring at the end of 2026, and word is that Mitch McConnell is a medical zombie now, and his staff is running the show.

(North Carolina) WITN reports on February 18, that a small group of East Carolina University (ECU) students held a vigil for anti-ICE agitators who were shot while trying to prevent ICE from arresting criminal illegals, while ignoring the Feb. 16 reports that a Greenville man was allegedly gang raped at knife point during a violent 3 am home invasion conducted 2.5 miles from campus by two illegal immigrants and possibly a third suspect.

“Many of our community members are concerned about Immigration and Customs Enforcement coming into our neighborhoods, hurting our families, our friends and with the most recent killing it has been a trend for the past year under the Trump administration,” said Jay Lampa, an ECU student. ALIPAC notices that young Mr. Lampa did not refer to his community members as Americans.

The demonstrators then read the names of a small number of "ICE Victims" they have empathy for, but they did not mention the names of any of the thousands of Americans killed by illegals (View Partial LIST), which could have been prevented by the same ICE detentions and deportations these students opposed for the cameras.

These young and impressionable anti-ICE ECU demonstrators also did not mention the illegal immigrants Jonathan David Garcia-Lario and Zaid Mayen who are charged with four felonies after allegedly invading a suburban home at 3 am just 2.5 miles south of the ECU campus two days prior, where authorities say they invaded a home at 200 Louis Street in the Cherry Oaks neighborhood of Greenville at 3:16 a.m. on February 11, 2026. Nor a third suspect, John Carlos Calderon who's in the Pitt County detention center while his immigration status is investigated. Nor any of the other illegal immigrant crimes in the ECU area.

"These impressionable college kids are literally protesting ICE enforcement efforts after illegals, who have infiltrated college communities near ECU and UNC, recently violently raped a Greenville man in a home invasion a little over two miles from campus! I know better than anyone that they too will get favorable treatment from their college professors, local Democrats, and the local media for their political advocacy, and pat themselves on the head after demonstrating against the enforcement of our existing border and immigration laws, which are the voices of the American citizenry designed to protect our property and lives. The arrests of these criminal illegal immigrants were carried out with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service, which helps track and apprehend fugitives with the help of local law enforcement from Chapel Hill, NC (Home of UNC), and Franklin County, NC.

Thanks to new state laws passed by North Carolina's Republican controlled General Assembly, local police and Sheriffs are required to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was notified, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is expected to become involved. Authorities noted that an ICE detainer was placed on each individual, indicating that immigration agents may eventually take custody of them, which these confused ECU demonstrators would certainly oppose.

Pathway to Mass Amnesty for Millions of Illegals

Thanks to your efforts and support, ALIPAC helped buy America two decades of time, stopping mass Amnesty legislation in DC eight times since 2004. Just imagine all the additional horror, loss, and helplessness that would be confronting Americans today if we had not stopped Amnesty! Just imagine what America would be like right now if the Democrats had gained 10+ million more illegal voters in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, or 2014 and made most of them into government employees, cops, and soldiers already.

Since they could not get legislative Amnesty into law, they created unlawful and unconstitutional Amnesty through DACA and non-enforcement Amnesty or "de facto Amnesty." But thanks to our successful battles, we can still get out of this globalist control submersion Amnesty trap.

Unfortunately, the Democrats are ahead by +6 going into the 2026 midterms, and many of their illegal non-citizen voters are still in play in many states. The current political trajectory puts open-borders Democrats on course to retake control of both Congress and the Senate, and from what they just did when they retook Virginia, we know they will immediately go to work on their agenda to make their power gains permanent.

They will strip funding from ICE and Border Patrol for the 2027 funding bills, and they will threaten to withhold federal funds from any state or jurisdiction trying to remove illegal non-citizen voters from the elections like in North Carolina where we are asking 341,000 voters who did not line up with the DMV and Social Security databases to recertify to vote.

Currently, the path to mass Amnesty for millions of illegals is that Democrats keep many non-citizen voters in the 2026 elections and pick up the House and Senate. Then they ask Trump to support a "deal" on citizenship with them again, as he did in his first term. They will pack the bill with lots of enforcement and border security promises just like they did to get the disastrous 1986 Amnesty passed that got us into this condition, while knowing that if the Amnesty gets signed into law, the Amnesty will happen three-fold, and the border and immigration enforcement promises they made go away, just like 1986.

Every border security, immigration law enforcement, or government action reducing overdose deaths you have liked over the last twelve months goes away and a deal gets cut to take us right to where the globalist elites wanted to take us back in 2004!

Then the Democrats will move to make DC and Puerto Rico states, giving themselves four more Democrat Senators, taking the US Senate permanently out of the hands of Republicans, and they will add 12+ more members to the US Supreme Court to take permanent control of the highest court.

Then they will move on to gun confiscation as they have pledged to do if they ever get their Amnesty through, and they will give legalized illegals badges, titles, salaries, training, guns, and dominion over US citizens to take care of the networks gathering up the guns from the millions of Americans who will resist.

The elites responsible for this invasion know they will have to kill millions of Americans to get their immigration and gun restriction laws into place and bring America under global governance, but they are prepared to do that and their types have done this before, killing over 100 million people since 1900. Besides, they've already killed tens of thousands of Americans with this invasion and overthrow plan, and don't think for a minute that the killing stops if they win full control. It will accelerate.

The censorship walls come back up! The lights go out. And they will make sure nobody can hear the last screams of millions of Americans who dared to resist their tyranny.

The outcome of the 2026 elections will determine if illegals continue to go back to their home nations or they become US citizens, voters, and angry Democrats with badges, authority, and a bone to pick with everyone who dared resist their invasion and overthrow of the American Republic.

History has proven that the powerful people who do this kind of thing to a nation, do not leave their opposition standing when their conquest is complete.

Big welcome to the several hundred new folks who just joined our email alerts in response to our list of Americans Killed by Illegals, which is going viral on social media. Please bear with us and consider helping as we raise the funds we need to continue.

We launched our first funds drive of 2026 on Feb 1 and, unfortunately, have only raised $75 so far. This email is to let all of our supporters know we must raise funds this weekend because

1. We do not currently have the funds to attempt the much-needed and long-overdue upgrade of the ALIPAC.us archives.

2. We do not have enough funds to cover our national organization's monthly operations costs that are due now.

3. We've got the SAVE AC T we support being merged into the SAVE AMERICA ACT in DC and votes coming up this week, and we need to launch activist support operations for this legislation to remove illegal noncitizen voters from US elections and require voter ID!

4. NC's new Republican State Board of Elections chair is trying to validate 241,000 voter registrations that did not line up with the driver license and social security databases. Many of the illegal noncitizen voters ALIPAC is trying to remove from elections here in swing state North Carolina are in this list!

Illegal immigration is very unpopular with 80% of Americans of all races and walks of life, and America's existing immigration laws and law enforcers like ICE are the voices of Americans as expressed through our elections and the votes of our duly elected Congressional representatives who passed these laws.

"I hope we can all find ways to speak to these misled young people in the streets to help them understand how they are being lied to about ICE and our immigration laws and why both are so important," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "There is no hope of changing the minds of these old, hateful liberals on the sidewalks who are set in their ways, but hopefully the young can learn the truth about illegal immigration and disengage from the Democrat Blackshirt terror mobs in the streets of Minneapolis trying to overthrow our laws, election outcomes, and Republic with violence."

Illegals and American citizen liberal demonstrators have been injured and killed while attacking ICE officers with shovels, cars, and guns. It is best for them to avoid ICE agents and not attempt to obstruct justice and investigations.

Any concerns about violations of laws or civil rights by ICE or other federal agents are best handled by police and courts, not unruly, misinformed, untrained Democrat mobs in the streets animated by false information emanating from Democrat elected officials like Tim Walz and Jacob Frey, Soros and Singham funded NGOs, and Democrat controlled media outlets.

Democrats in the media and public office should walk back their false incendiary rhetoric and explain to everyone that ICE agents are not Nazis looking to put Jews or illegals into concentration camps and ovens like Anne Frank!

President Trump, US police officers, ICE, and the 77.3 million Americans who voted for Republicans in 2024 are nothing like the Nazis of 75 years ago in Germany on the other side of the planet who started WW2 and genocided six million Jews. Ironically, most of these Republican voters are from families who paid the price of blood and treasure to defeat the fascists in World War II.

ICE agents are not trying to harm illegals or anyone physically. The rights of US citizens are not being violated en masse. The rights of Americans are being violated by those who support illegal immigration, attack law enforcers, undermine the existing laws of America, and support high crime levels in Democrat controlled cities by supporting the interests of violent criminals over those of innocent US citizens who pay the ultimate price.

It is time for millions of Americans to ask in one voice, why are Democrats demonstrating in support of illegal immigration in the run-up to the 2026 elections?

The ALIPAC.us website remains the largest archive of information about illegal immigration in existence, and despite the Rig Tech censorship applied to us, many Americans are still finding us. However, we do not have enough new supporters coming in to carry on our struggle as many of our past donors and activists age out.

ALIPAC continues to operate on much older software for many reasons, and we have now developed a plan to upgrade the site and archives to a more modern look and function, which we hope will also improve the visibility of our content online to broader and new audiences.

We need volunteers and donors willing to help us attempt this upgrade and transition. We need volunteers to log in at alipac.us, the current version, and use your accounts to post. If you need help creating an account or logging in to an old one, contact williamg@alipac.us.

Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) is launching an online support campaign for ICE officers and their popularly supported illegal alien deportation operations called 'Operation ICE ICE EVERYWHERE!'

ALIPAC is asking American activists to seek out and electronically infiltrate and confuse the Facebook Signal, Reddit, and other communications hubs for the George Soros and Neville Roy Singham billionaire-funded anti-ICE groups that are violating federal law 18 USC CODE 111 by plotting to "forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with federal officers." Pro-America activists are encouraged to co-opt the red whistles of the left and post memes and video clips of "Suspicious Suburbans!"

ALIPAC also believes federal authorities should shut down these groups, like the Tides Foundation, for fomenting violence in American streets.

Many of these anti-ICE communication hubs and their billionaire backers were recently exposed by Matt Walsh in his podcast We Infiltrated Private Anti-ICE Groups. This Is What We Found (VIEW). Anti-ICE demonstrators are already jumping at their own shadows and were recently caught harassing a random white man in a Chevrolet Suburban!

Operation ICE! ICE! EVERYWHERE! asks volunteers to post and communicate false reports of ICE locations and activities to the Soros/Singham subversive groups nationwide, with special focus on the Minneapolis area. Activists are specifically told not to violate the law by impersonating ICE officers or official ICE messages, but to support existing border and immigration laws and 18 USC CODE 111 by generating a smoke screen of false information to confuse, exhaust, demoralize, and disrupt the violent anti-ICE agent saboteurs.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is threatening to withhold $50 million in federal transportation aid and cancel North Carolina's ability to issue CDL trucking licenses altogether, after a federal audit revealed the Democratic administrations of Governors Roy Cooper and Josh Stein have been giving trucking licenses to illegal immigrants.

The US Department of Transportation audit found 54% of the CDL commercial trucking licenses issued by Cooper and Stein's disastrous DMV offices were granted illegally. These bogus licenses included CDLs that remained valid long after a driver’s lawful immigration presence had expired, licenses to Mexican citizens who were ineligible under federal law, and licenses where the state had "failed to verify the lawful presence of other CDL applicants entirely."

NC DMV offices and the issuance of CDL licenses have been under Democrat control and responsibility for nine years, since Governor Roy Cooper was sworn in on January 1, 2017, and was succeeded by current Democrat Governor Josh Stein. Roy Cooper is currently asking NC voters to elect him to the US Senate in the 2026 elections, and Governor Josh Stein's first term ends in 2029.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said, “North Carolina’s failure to follow the rules isn’t just shameful – it’s dangerous. I’m calling on state leadership to immediately remove these dangerous drivers from our roads and clean up their system.” (Source)

Increased scrutiny of CDL licensure programs happened after triple-fatal crashes in August and October, 66 days apart, involving 18-wheelers in Florida and California driven by illegals who should not have received CDLs. In Washington State, an intoxicated illegal migrant released by the Biden administration, Jashanpreet Singh, crashed into and killed Robert B. Pearson, 29, of Bonney Lake. (SOURCE) Another higher-profile case involves criminal illegal alien Harjinder Singh, who used his California-derived CDL to attempt a third-world style illegal U-turn through an “Official Use Only” access point in St. Lucie County, Florida. By blocking all lanes of the highway with his truck, Singh caused a brutal wreck, instantly killing three innocent people and leaving Florida families shattered. (DHS SOURCE)

The auditing process has been ongoing throughout the second term of Republican President Donald Trump.

Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association President Todd Spencer said, “OOIDA and truckers across America applaud Secretary Duffy for responding to our concerns by taking substantial actions to crack down on the irresponsible issuance of non-domiciled CDLs in North Carolina. For too long, loopholes in this program have allowed unqualified drivers onto America’s highways, creating unnecessary safety risks for professional drivers and the motoring public alike.

Our immigration laws are not just the result of the 2024 elections; they are the result of all of our elections and a century of elected representative votes!

The American citizenry has voted repeatedly, our elected Representatives in DC have debated and passed legislation containing these laws, and Presidents have signed these laws into being over the last century to implement the voice of the American into policies designed to protect our citizens and nation. This is how the American republic, for which our flag stands, and by which our Constitution requires is supposed to function.

Democrat lawmakers engaging in violence-inspiring rhetoric, their "Blackshirt" enforcer thugs in the streets, and their golem assassins are the voices of opposition to America's existing immigration laws. They are opponents of the voices and will of a majority of Americans of all races and walks of life who understand deportation is justice for illegal migrant trespassers.

These modern insurrectionists and new Democrat secessionists support a form of socialist slavery where illegal immigration offers them with cheap workers, expensive voters, and a way to put unpopular people and policies into power against the will and votes of American citizens.

Recent threats by corrupt, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to deploy National Guard troops and local law enforcement against federal ICE agents are designed to stir up their street power in an attempt to thwart ICE, nullify America's existing laws, overcome all of our past elections and Congressional legislation votes, and silence the voices of America's true majority. They seek to usurp and overthrow the American republic through a process of invasion and mass fraud. Walz is eager to deflect attention away from the Somoli-SCAM revelations of podcaster Nick Shirley, where Democrats have been caught illegally funneling millions into fake child and healthcare operations in return for votes and donations back to Democrats.

In response to the death of anti-ICE activist Renee Nicole Good, who was shot yesterday after trying to obstruct justice, interfere with, and stop ICE enforcement operations, and run over a federal agent with her car, ALIPAC issues the following statement:

Nick Shirley Took Down Tim Walz!

We are pleased to announce that the illegal immigration and Amnesty supporting Democrat, two-term, corrupt, Kamala Harris running mate, Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz just announced he is not running for reelection, less than 24 hours after crossing swords with Nick Shirley on Twitter/X and about a week after Shirley's groundbreaking revelations of widespread childcare fraud by Somolians. Walz had originally announced he was running for a third term back in September of 2025.

Shirley had just confronted Walz on Twitter about the murder of the MN Democratic Speaker of the state house, Melissa Hortman, who was gunned down in her home with her husband and golden retriever by the accused and confessed assassin, Vance Luther Boelter, who had worked for Tim Walz.

The DOJ's new revelation of thousands of illegal noncitizen voters in more than thirty states vindicates and correlates with ALIPAC's large and growing collection of evidence showing noncitizen and illegal alien voters have exploited US elections on a large and systematic scale. ALIPAC's archives document noncitizen voters with over eighty-seven court cases, convictions, NGO and Government studies, and media reports.

DOJ Finds Thousands of Noncitizen Voters as Millions of illegals flee

Reports are coming in from the feds that millions of illegals have already fled the US (VIDEO) in response to their deportation operations, and DOJ reports that their initial and limited investigation of American voter files has already turned up 260,000+ DEAD Voters + THOUSANDS of Illegals! <----

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon is on point with this investigation, and the DOJ is suing 14 states that are violating federal law by refusing to share their voter registration data with the DOJ. This email/letter is to warn all of our donors who share our opposition to illegal immigration and Amnesty that ALIPAC’s funding is critically low, with a $15,000 deficit in our national operations budget for 2025 at the time of this message.

We urgently need your support to raise these funds before the end of December, or the world’s largest archive of information about illegal immigration, our activism campaigns to support ICE and existing immigration laws, our support for secure-borders candidates who agree with you on immigration issues, and efforts to reverse illegal immigration will come to an end!

We know this bad economy is partly to blame, and some think all is well now that the border is more secure, jobs are going to more Americans than foreign workers, and illegals are starting to leave America in large numbers.
