And today, there are liberal Democrat activists and paid astroturf crap-posters online lying and claiming there is little to no evidence to justify the Trump administration's and several state-level efforts to crack down on and remove these foreign illegal voters! A judge recently ruled that the Trump administration could not order the US Postal Service to stop delivering ballots to noncitizens because there was "no evidence" noncitizens are voting by mail.

Graham Defeats Norman: Expedited return of illegals?

Last night, the late Senator Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene alias Darline Graham, defeated ALIPAC-endorsed candidate Ralph Norman in the SC special GOP runoff election by 52.4% to 47.6%.

Special thanks to each of you who helped the Ralph Norman campaign directly and through ALIPAC at our request.

There was a flurry of activity behind the scenes when, in the televised debate between Darline and Ralph (View the entire debate HERE), some very interesting things came out during the immigration section, which starts around the 47-minute mark.

Darline Graham accused Ralph Norman of hiring illegals, and when asked about pathways to citizenship for illegals on US soil (Currently thankfully prohibited by law), said she was not like her brother Lindsey on immigration issues and wants them all deported. By contrast, Ralph Norman said he was for getting the illegals out of America but then having some kind of "pathway to citizenship" and "expedited process" for illegals to return legally.

This sounds just like the Touchback Amnesty plans of former Texas Governor Rick Perry, which ALIPAC opposed and ended his Presidential aspirations.

ALIPAC immediately wrote to both campaigns asking for clarification on their immigration positions in the hopes we could understand and help inform voters of what they both meant by these comments.

Darline Graham's campaign did not respond to our request at all, and Ralph Norman's campaign staffers sent us a list of his prior actions in Congress on immigration issues, which we already have. We replied asking what kind of pathway to citizenship and expedited process to return illegals Norman was talking about (a second time) and received no reply.

Something smells rotten in Denmark to us. We think Norman may be describing a plan that is already secretly in the works, so we sent the following request to DHS/ICE asking...

"Please provide us with the following information ...

1. The current number of illegal immigrants who have been directly deported by DHS / ICE in 2025 and 2026?

2. The current numbers of illegal immigrants who have participated in the self-deportation program in 2025 and 2026?

3. The current number of illegals who participated in the Trump administration's self-deportation process in 2025 and 2026 and returned to the US legally?"

DHS Responded with...

Quote:

"In President Trump's first year back in office, more than 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S. because of the Trump administration's crackdown on illegal immigration, including an estimated 2.2 million self-deportations. As of August 4, we have now deported over 1 million illegal aliens and arrested over 1 million illegal aliens."

Which is not the information we requested.

If DHS/ICE does not tell us how many of the Operation Homecoming illegals they have sent home (200,000 according to Axios) have been given some kind of Touchback Amnesty "expedited return" soon, ALIPAC is considering filing a FOIA request to get this information.

It won't do America nor Americans any good to pay illegals $2,600 and a free flight to "self-deport" if they are coming right back in "legally"!!!

ALIPAC is pleased to report that DHS is reporting the new surge in deportations of illegal aliens is accelerating, with 356,000 deported so far in 2026, which means we should exceed Obama's prior record of 410,000 in 2012. The 51,000 illegals deported this July sets a new monthly record. Many of those deported are illegals convicted of murder, rape, and animal abuse.

ALIPAC is a national organization specializing in stopping illegal immigrant Amnesty bills in DC since 2004 that is issuing an Amnesty RED ALERT warning today against Rep. Glenn “GT” Thompson's (R-PA) HR 9535 “Securing Agriculture’s Workforce Act of 2026,” because the bill would waive current penalties of law for hundreds of thousands of illegal alien farm workers and their employers.

Rep. GT Thompson serves as the chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.

Current US laws state that illegals are to be deported, and employers of illegals are to be fined or jailed.

Rep. Thompson's HR 9535 would change America's existing immigration laws, accommodating these lawbreakers to give hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants H-2A agricultural worker status and visas by waiving multiple grounds of inadmissibility and deportability and forgetting and forgiving the farms that employed illegals.

HR 9535 unfortunately has close to 50 Republican co-sponsors, many of whom ALIPAC contends do not know the full provisions of the bill or the Amnesty aspects.

ALIPAC's "We told you so!" moment has arrived with the Department of Homeland Security's announcement that more than 270,000 illegal noncitizen voters were detected in a limited sample of state voter registration files.

ALIPAC.us has been warning the nation of a widespread and widely exploited election security issue where no authority was previously checking voter registrations for US citizenship, just a Yes/No box that illegals and noncitizens could check and lie claiming they are citizens. In most jurisdictions, nobody checked the accuracy of those citizenship claims on the local, state, or federal level leaving bad actors able to exploint US elections to deprive Americans of their voices and votes!

ALIPAC calls on state boards of elections to place a hold on each of the 278,000 illegal noncitizen voters flagged by DHS and give those voters a chance to prove their citizenship or be prevented from casting ballots in the 2026 and any future elections since the voter registration forms clearly state under penalty of federal felonies that it is illegal for anyhone to lie on their voter registration form and illegal for any noncitizen to register to vote. Federal, state, and local county authorities all must act to remove any illegal noncitizen voters detected who cannot or will not prove their citizenship.

ALIPAC also calls on DHS and DOJ to formally subpoena the voter registration files in every Democrat run state currently refusing to hand over their lists, and arrest anyone who obstructs justice and charges them with charges bearing maximum fines and prison time for withholding evidence of widespread criminal wrongdoing in US elections. Send in federal agents, sieze the evidence for this crimminal probe and arrest anyone who tries to obstruct the investigation.

The Executive Branch has wide-ranging constitutional authority and a sacred obligation to invoke Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees every state a republican form of government and protects them against invasion and domestic violence. The Trump administration could decrease illegal noncitizen voter participation in the US elections by sending ICE to high-impact polling locations and vowing to scan all voters for citizenship after the election and to arrest and incarcerate any noncitizen casting a ballot. The threat and warning alone could deter many Democrat illegal invasion voters.

"Illegal aliens and other noncitizens are invading and conducting widespread domestic violence against US citizens, including against the thousands of Americans killed by illegals we track at ALIPAC.us," said William Gheen. ALIPAC's position since 2004 is that Congress needs to legislatively clarify that the intention of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution is not to give citizenship to newborns of illegal alien invaders or birthright citizenship tourists from nations hostile to the US, like China. The US Supreme Court recently ruled against the Trump administration's efforts to end Birthright Citizenship and anchor babies via Executive Order by a vote of 6 to 3. Republican sellouts Chief Justice John Roberts, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh voted with the four liberal Democrats to uphold birthright citizenship for illegals. Kavanaugh said the problem is that Trump's Executive order does not contradict the 14th Amendment, but does contradict prior legislation by Congress.

To rectify this, freshman Republican Rep. John McGuire (R-VA) has filed a new bill that does not appear to have a number yet, but is called the Birthright Citizenship Clarification Act which aims to "codify President Trump’s executive order seeking to limit birthright citizenship by striking down the jus soli or “right of the soil” legal principle that grants citizenship to anyone born within a nation’s territory."

Operations Halted: Attempting Emergency Cuts

We just failed to meet the $15,000 minimum we had to raise today to cover our most basic operations by $2,024!

We are so thankful for each of you who contributed and have helped us get this far into 2026. We will attempt some final emergency cuts and reductions in services to try to save ALIPAC in some capacity.

At this time, we must halt all active activism campaigns (Review HERE), and we will attempt to make some final budget cuts to try to save the ALIPAC national organization.

There is not much left to cut as we have been severely underfunded for the last two years since two of our top donors passed away.

1. We will not be attempting to run ads or do any paid campaigns influencing advertising anymore until (if) our fundraising levels improve.

2. We are going to cut more websites, emails, possibly the phone line, and may have to reduce our main website speed and capacity.

ALIPAC lobbied the White House to end DACA for five months before dropping the organization's endorsement.

ALIPAC contends that DACA Amnesty is the Dream Act Amnesty legislation that the group and many Americans fought hard to defeat in Congress in 2010, which Obama created by a memo, not even a formal Executive Order, after telling the public 22 TIMES that he lacked the power to do so "I'm not king, I can't do these things just by myself."

The latest vote count says that SC Senator Lindsey Graham, who was polled at only 14% support by South Carolinians in May, will receive more than 50% of the GOP Primary vote he needs to avoid run-off with challenger Mark Lynch after Graham was able to spend $29.2 million vs. Lynch's self-financing of $4.5M million dollars thanks to President Trump and Graham's largest donors the American Israeli Political Action Committee (AIPAC) and corporate PACs influenced by BlackRock.

Graham conducted a very negative and dishonest campaign, flooding mailboxes, phones, and the airwaves with fake claims that Mark Lynch wants to legalize dangerous drugs like cocaine and defund the DEA. Trump and Sean Hannity's endorsements gave Graham the push he needed to win, along with his massive financial advantage.

Trump and Graham warned South Carolina voters in a tele-rally (held on the phone so Graham could not be booed) that Mark Lynch was supported by "traitors" like Republicans Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Green, who fell out of favor with Trump when they disobeyed his orders and signed a discharge petition with Democrats, forcing the Trump administration to release more investigative files on the Jewish child rapists and traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislain Maxwell.

Graham's largest contributor is AIPAC, aka the American Israeli Political Action Committee, which contributed $445,000 directly, with the rest coming from big corporations and defense contractors (many controlled by BlackRock) who all view America's expensive bombing campaigns of Israel's enemies in the Middle East very favorably.

Mark Lynch refused to take any campaign monies from AIPAC.

Lindsey Graham will be returning to the US Senate, where he hopes to permanently displace millions of Republican voters one day with Gang of Eight Amnesty bills giving citizenship and voting rights for millions of illegal immigrants, for a fifth term, giving him 30 years in the Senate! Many of the South Carolina Republicans who voted for Lindsey Graham may find their own votes canceled out by illegal aliens turned into Democrat voters if Graham ever gets his Amnesty bill into law.

President Trump is getting some bad advice trying to endorse and re-elect Senator Lindsey Graham to a fifth term (30 years in DC), who recent polls showed only 14% of South Carolinians want reelected in 2026. Graham is struggling to get the 50% he needs to avoid a GOP Primary runoff in Tuesday's June 9 primary with his strongest challenger Mark Lynch.

The campaign ad features many pictures of Republican Senator Lindsey Graham getting up close and personal with Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer in Washington, with lots of smiling and touching. All of the pictures from DC are real, although the ad contains one overtly AI image that is an obvious parody of Chuck Schumer lifting Lindsey Graham up like actors Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey in Lake Lure in the movie Dirty Dancing. Lindsey and Schumer are surrounded by a large pink heart, and each image has a red heart with the phrase "Lindsey & Chuck DC Forever"

Americans For Legal Immigration PAC is asking Georgia voters to support Mike Collins for US Senate and oppose run-off challenger Derek Dooley in the June 16 run-off for US Senate, because Derek Dooley has indicated he supports changing existing immigration laws to allow illegals to stay in the US without fear of deportation, which ALIPAC and most Americans consider Amnesty.

On May 22, 2026, Breitbart News reported that "Republican Senate candidate Derek Dooley suggested that he supports allowing illegal migrants to stay in the United States, asserting that he is “very sensitive” to “both sides on the issue,” and that Dooley said...

Mike Collins has a record of opposing Amnesty for illegals, saying straight up, "Amnesty for illegal aliens is an assault on American Citizens," and he called the Dignity Act Amnesty "just amnesty" and said the bill should be thrown in the garbage. His campaign website explicitly lists "Oppose Amnesty" as a core position on immigration alongside finishing the border wall, enforcing existing immigration laws, and ending chain migration.

"We believe Georgia voters have a clear choice in the June 16 run-off for US Senate between Amnesty opponent Mike Collins and Amnesty supporter Derek Dooley, who has shown support for an Amnesty that would displace millions of Republican voters in US elections with illegals given citizenship, Amnesty, and voting rights," said William Gheen, spokesman for ALIPAC.
