i too live in the dallas area and have not heard of a case where someone got probation for killing another person.

anyone can go from cocky to scared in a matter of seconds if someone is approaching them and not knowing what the intentions are

#1 If they didn't break into this country illegally then they would still be alive
#2 If they were jailed for their past criminal behavior and then deported they would still be alive.
#3 If they didn't break into and rob Joe's neighbor they would still be alive.

I ask you, who is responsible for their death?

No tears here.... Two Parisite dirt bags dead and less future American victims to worry about

Let me apologize for confusing you. I was trying to point out Mr Horn was talking to the investigators as opposed to how he talked to the 911 operator. He sounded resolute in his intentions to stop the burglars. He was warned he may get killed and he responded with "wanna bet!" "You hear the gun aclicking, and ima goin" Soon after we hear "move, you're dead" and then gunshots.
Yet when he talked to the investigators, he said he was only trying to get a license plate number.
If you GOOGLE "probation for murder Dallas" several cases come up.
