Alert! CA Legislature Passes SB 60 Again!

In a last-minute flurry of activity, the California Senate and Assembly have each passed SB 60, the bill that would give driver's licenses to illegal aliens. It now goes to the Governor.

This represents a major step in the wrong direction. The current law, which CAPS helped pass fifteen years ago, requires that applicants show legal presence in California before they can obtain a license.

Inviting more illegal aliens, as this bill does, into an already crowded California is a poor idea. California is doing an inadequate job of providing for its current population. Schools are crowded, infrastructure is crumbling, and open space is disappearing.

Every time the CA. Legislature has passed this bill Gov. Schwarzenegger has vetoed it and he promises to veto it this time too.

Arnold has been in 4 or 8 years? What is that nutty state going to do leave the United States?

Were is the out rage from Jamiels family and friends or the Bologna Family. CA needs to take a step back and think about what they are doing before they bring down a wrath of lawsuits.

The problem here is not Arnold per se as he will likely veto this bill. The real problem is the California Senate and Assembly who continues to pursue this garbage year after year after year!!
