Some Republican voters are having trouble with Texas governor and presidential aspirant Rick Perry's support for illegal immigrants paying in-state tuition to attend public colleges.

Remember the boos at the last GOP candidate debate.

The opposition will follow Perry to his Charlotte fund raiser this week. William Gheen, president of American for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, is organizing a Thursday protest outside the Charlotte restaurant where Perry is holding the lunch-time event.
