You ignored what I said about the military. Let me explain again.

If they are so determined to invade with the military there, it will not be considered a surrender, it will be a capture. There will not be a deportation hearing, they are now POW's and the few choosing to invade will be treated as POW's.

The reason I say putting the military on the border will STOP 99% is because of the statement it makes. What % of the population jumps the fence at the WH? Probably less than 99.999999999% because they know it will not be tolerated. If these invaders knew their invading would not be tolerated, that also would STOP. Currently they know just the opposite, they know they are welcomed and catered to.

Our military would not have to shoot unarmed civilians. They would guard the border with such force , very few would dare to enter.

You truly underestimate these people. They will surrender, be taken into custody as "captured POW's" and be entitled to everything they're entitled to now as detainees awaiting a deportation hearing except now they'll be war refugees and entitled to much much more. Force only works when you have the authority to use it. If the enemy knows you can't or won't shoot them, it's a joke. So tell me, are you ready to start shooting illegal aliens to keep them out of our country? The reason they all come here without weapons is because they know as unarmed civilians they won't be shot. If they think there's a possibility they'll be shot, they will arm up and shoot their way in.

My preference is a diplomatic edict of economic sanctions on the home countries, Judy's Plan B. Maybe it won't work, but I think it will and it's worth a try over starting a border war with drug cartels and eventually the Mexican and Central American governments. As soon as we fire a shot into Mexico, it's war, and they all know that.

Judy's Plan B:

Tell all these countries, if your citizens don't stop entering our country illegally, then your country will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.

DEPORT THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN WITHIN 48 HOURS


PUT THE MEN IN FEDERAL TENT CITY TO SERVE TIME THEN DEPORT ON THE SPOT!

NO REFUGEE CAMPS ON OUR BORDER...NO TRANSPORTING THEM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY

NOT ONE TAXPAYER DIME FOR THIS!!!

Appoint local magistrates to handle on site deportations, swear 'em in, and ask 2 questions:

1. are you a citizen of the US, yes or no, verify
2. if no, do you have valid unexpired documents to be in the US, yes or no, verify
3. if no and no, then out you go, right then, the whole kit and caboodle (family).

Yes, you can, by law, apply for asylum within the United States. However, it must be done within 12 months of entry.

Exactly! If a home is being invaded and the home owner can not protect the home any other way, they shoot the invader. Simple as that, and the border of our country is no different.

And that is something that can be done tomorrow. But the President must order it!

I'm not sure he can do that without changing the law that gives authority over Deportations to the US Department of Justice. It's worth a try though.

No, you truly want to put up roadblocks to enforcing the law. We have seen reports that illegal aliens said that if they knew they would be separated if they came into this country illegally, they would not have come. But you will look for that one illegal alien who will not take no for an answer and make them your poster person for your denial!

I think Judy's Plan B will solve the problem. But if you want to keep on keeping on with old ideas that haven't worked in 20 years, you're of course free to do so. They claim when you keep doing the same things over and over seeking a different outcome than you had before, it's the definition of insanity.
