I don't understand why the court is accepting these documents for filing. Can anyone explain why these countries have status to sue?

I don't think so either. Since my wife spent most of her life in Argentina I know how the people of Argentina feel about the Peruvians and Bolivians who have illegally crawled into their country and brought their nasty habits with them. My wife talks all the time about how the women of both countries just squat down and urinate on the streets like it's no big deal.Certified Member

OMG - I had an e-mail showing the same in Romania. Is this what life was like in the middle ages? Or throughout time? Or is this what some people have been reduced to due to not enough public bathrooms?
I have seen the Mexican children, when in a house with too many people, (or smuggling too many people) use the yard as bathroom, they especially like to pee around the open windows and doors of the gringa's house (me.)Restitution to Displaced Citizens First!

All of them that file do so for one reason and one reason only. They have illegal citizens living in the US and it brings US dollars back to their country. At the end of the day it ALWAYS comes down to money. I can guarantee you that Mexico who has the most to lose financially if this law is allowed to stand is loking at the bigger picture outside of Arizona and is looking at it at a National level as it is public knowledge that more then 22 other states are ready to enact a same or similar law. This is huge for Mexico as it will force their citizens back to Mexico and along with it the dollars they once enjoyed in their economy. Second reason this is huge is Mexico knows they do not have enough jobs to support the millions upon millions of their citizens. Think about it, right now we have roughly 14 million unemployed Americans. Our economiic problems would not be as bad as they are if those 14 million US Citizens could go right to Mexico and take their jobs and send money they earned back to the US. Mexico would tolerate that for about 10 seconds before they aggressively enforced their immigration laws and racial profiling would be encouraged by their corrupt government. They would tell the US to bad but we got to go from their country as it is hurting them economically.
Mexico could crack down on their side of the border if they wanted to and had the will and resolve to do so. They have no desire because it serves their interest to have their citizens come to the US for work and US dollars. Their interest, not ours. They are not concerned with our interest. They never have and never will be.
We have allowed this to become the problem it is because of dollars on both sides of the border. Mexico enjoys a lower unemployment rate by their encouragement of their citizens to come illegally to the US for jobs and the US has allowed it to feed the numerous businesses who depend and use the cheap labor from Mexico to enhance their financial position. Politicians depend on the businesses support to further their own political agenda. We the average citizens are the ones who suffer the consequences.
I can guarantee you both Equador and Argentina filed these briefs on behalf of Mexico's request and that both of these countries did so with some personal gain from Mexico."Where is our democracy if the federal government can break the laws written and enacted by our congress on behalf of the people?"

Illegal immigration debate
Consider this: What if these Latin nation suits are not at the behest of anyone other than our own POTUS? After all, if the folks you govern are telling you to go you know where, what better pursuasion tool than to have pertinent nations just happen to present an (in his opinion) enlightening pov in the form of a law suit. As you know, we Americans are a "dense" lot. I have no doubt that if the Latin American suits don't convince us of our wayward ways, we will be hearing from pertinent European nations. Stay firm Gov. Brewer! Stay focused and We will stand beside you.[/b]
