DENVER — An undocumented immigrant in Denver faces a real possibility of deportation and separation from his family.
Arturo Garcia has spent nearly three months inside the First Unitarian Church at East 14th Avenue and Lafayette Street where he sought sanctuary.
The U.S. Immigration Office has declined to reopen his case.
