I'll probably be bombarded here for making this comment, but I think he makes some legitimate arguments and does an excellent job of explaining how he sees his responsibilities as a locally elected law enforcement official. Not saying I agree with everything he's saying, just that I feel he's making some legitimate arguments.

Perhaps ICE could do a better job and become more efficient in their own duties.
Of course what this sheriff and ICE can do all revolves around their manpower and financial resources. I firmly believe the Sheriff's Department should do all they can to aid and assist ICE wherever possible, however, I do understand there are limits.
