    The priorities are breathtaking. Jobs gushing away, oil gushing in the gulf, endless wars swallowing what wealth the banksters didn't grab, double dip a real possibility, millions losing their unemployment benefit lifeline with no help in sight - but no, their priority is slapping Jan Brewer down.

    The feds have no jurisdiction to file a lawsuit against any state. For the state of Arizona to even acknowledge this lawsuit only eggs them on...they should just ignore Obama and his cohorts the way Obama and his cohorts ignore the American people...hasn't he repeatedly ignored a subpoena to cough up his birth ceritificate?

    The D.O.J. lawsuit was filed in The Federal Court.
    It is being heard by a Federal Judge.
    AZ. can't just ignore it.

    Holder is using our money to sue ourselves The majority of Americans agree with Arizona's law, and the majority of states want to make the same law stick in their states. What makes it so hard for Obama and Holder to understand that Americans want our borders enforced and illegal aliens to be deported?
