How did the baby show ID and sign the papers at the closing? Sounds like the title company ought to be to.investigated.

Yes the closing agent should be investigated, although I have been through a few closings where no ID is required. And at closing I have been able to add a name to the deed or put it in another name without extra documentation that person exists. In Fla. no SSN is required on the contract.
This whole thing is an absolute nightmare.

I want to know how in the hell this guy is eligible for a work permit while his case is pending? I swear, the Feds will do anything they can to help illegal aliens avoid the law!

I wonder how many other illegal invaders are using their anchor's social security number to get jobs, loans, and anything else in which a ss is needed. What is it with these people? Are they in the clear so long as they can produce a valid social security number, irrespective of whether it actually belongs to them?

Now you know why these people and those who do business with them are vehimately opposed to E-Verify! No more using your two year old's social security number to get a loan!

Yeah, and I'd also like to no why he was released? This 'catch and release' mess was supposed to have ended!
