Thread: Illegal uses 2yr old to buy home, citizen exposes

I wonder if the new Obama/McCain amnesty plan will include a clause to clean up all the distasteful abuses on these kids records? I would bet on it...and if not you can be sure there will be additional legislation to do so later.

The thing that confuses me about any amnesty plan is where will all the money come from to support the sudden influx of 25-30 million once-illegal out-of-work residents into the mainstream welfare plans? After all, we ARE going deep into a recession with skyrocketing unemployment and inflation.

How much money can the Dems print and distribute before no one will accept it anymore, and no one is willing to go to work?

Will America even be able to help it's own needy families with food, clothing, and shelter?

If I were an illegal and knew how bad the entire economy was getting I would surely be heading home as fast as I could get there! The day is coming when handouts are going to be a rare commodity, in spite of what the Democrats and Senor Obama have promised.

If you have reported an identity theft and your information has been flagged with a fraud alert, they ask questions when copies are requested. Why is there no scrutiny across the board? Why no limits, for instance, one copy per year, in place?

It makes no sense that in this day and age anyone should even be able to get away with this.

Your right...unless that is they're being allowed to get away with it. I'm quite sure as an American citizen, I would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if I were caught doing this. You cannot tell me that our government does not know this is going on and who's doing it. If they can track an American citizen down in order to collect $2000 dollars in back fed income tax from 10 years ago, then they can track this (lol...no, this did not happen to me).

Again, there seems to be a double standard at play here. One for American citizens who would be held accountable. And another for illegal invaders who are allowed to basically do as they please with suffering little or no repurcussions for their actions.

Wouldn't E-Verify pratically end this outright fraud overnight? Why in the world has this not been made mandatory for anyone who hires employees in this country. That I do not get...

I just got mad reading about all this illegal stuff so I turned in my hometown Chinese restaurant finally. I feel funny about doing it but illegal immigration has to STOP!
Awhile ago my furnace person told me about him going to clean a burner at their home. There was 40 illegals on air mattresses on all 3 floors of their house! He actually had to reschedule the appointment. Also in town, the food pantry has many non English speaking people all of a sudden coming to get free everything.

I feel better. This has been bothering me since I found out about 3-months ago. I'll let you know when something happens, if anything.

Apparently, American citizens can be arrested and prosecuted for failing to provide identifying documents to their childrens' school in the state of Az.

First, the backstory so this is understood in it's proper context of events.

In Sept, just befrore my husband went into the hospital, we had gotten a letter from the school my two oldest kids attend. This letter told us that each needed a booster shot, my son's file was missing a registration card they needed, and that I needed to provide documents proving their identities. Not any big deal, of course, although I thought the identity thing was a little odd. I assumed that everything was transfered with their elementary school records.....last year when my daughter began attending this school and this year when my son started there........and I hadn't heard anything contrary to that. I mean, really. why wasn't this brought up last year with my daughter during her first year at that school?

Anyway, as I was in the process of trying to find out what had happened to the rest of their records, and finding that we have somehow misplaced their birth certs, my husband ended up being hospitalized for a second surgery and was in there for almost two weeks. That threw the whole household into utter chaos and when he was released I was literally stretched to the limit. Besides caring for him as he recovered, I had a zillion other things to handle....scheduling tests and appointments with 3 different specialists, making sure he got there, working full time managing this property, having to do all of the little chores for upkeep he usually helps with, etc. Not to mention that all of the household chores, responsibilities, and management of 4 kids is a two person job under the best of circumstances and we weren't exactly running under full power with him out of commission.

I did notify the school that my daughter's has been requested from NJ and will take about 4-6 weeks to get here, and that I just don't have the time to go sit in Phoenix at Vital Stats for hours so had decided to just go ahead and order my son's via mail so it should be here fairly quickly.

They told me they understood and there was no problem.

No problem for WHO, I'd like to know because it is apparently a problem for US

Imagine my surprise to answer a knock on my door this a.m. and find the Truancy and Attendance wing of the PD looking for me and my husband because the school has not yet received the kids' identifying documents......well. duh This "refusal" on my part to comply is, we're told, going to result in the next visit being from officers with warrants for our arrest Over birth certificates

But it gets better. Because of our "refusal" they have now also opened a criminal investigation into our family to be sure that there are no custodial interference or kidnapping issues surrounding not just the two oldest, but ALL of our kids

I was so stunned, I just felt myself go numb from head to foot and next thing I knew, my husband had grabbed me by one arm and was making me sit down on a stack of garden block we have on the patio.....he said I just went ghastly white, started looking a little wobbly and he thought I was going to pass out.

I'm still in absolute disbelief over this. Illegal aliens are getting away.....by the MILLIONS..... with passing themselves, and their foreign national spawn, off under multiple aliases and as American citizens every damned day of the week, stealing and selling the identities of their anchors and other innocent American citizens to do this and NOTHING is done about it.

There's a simple problem with two of my kids' school records and I'm threatened with arrest and subjected to a criminal investigation.....HOW does this happen?

WHERE does it stop?

No kidding this is BS I was just sitting here having my coffee and reading through the forum, waiting for my husband to finish showering so I could get in to do my hair and makeup, when this happened. I couldn't have been more stunned if I'd been sitting here minding my own business and had a truck come barreling through the front of the house, for crying out loud.

Never in a million years would I have expected something like this and over something so STUPID.

What are the chances they are knocking on the doors of illegal invaders, tracking down those who have not produced so called "identifying documents!" There would be outrage from the illegal invader advocates!
