    How many judges are overseeing this? From what I gathered through the string of posts that it is going to be Susan Bolton, but where does Neal Wake come in?
    I'm sorry to sound stupid I am just trying to understand this

    Bolton will hear all of the local AZ. lawsuits.

    Wake will hear the D.O.J. federal lawsuit.

    Either of them can now block 1070 from being enacted, or not.

    I am praying for this ruling! Praying praying praying! Bolton hearing the AZ side makes me nervous though from what everyone's saying.
