YES, many will not only go outside and pop right back in BUT many will just come up from mexico and say that THEY WERE ALREADY HERE.
With all of the fraud they perpetrate, their family & friends already here would have gotten documents for them to 'prove' it.

For all we know, they're already preparing for this exact maneuver!
