I once say a video that got 'leaked'. It was a seminar by a firm that was formed to help corporations get around the regulations of the HB program.

One of the provisions was they had to have really searched for American workers. This firm said they could put want ads in papers, but it didn't specific what papers. It was saying you would be legal to put an ad in some obscure knitters newsletter and it would fulfill the legality.

This is a travesty.

It all needs to be stopped - period.

We need to get our schools wound up and start them educating our young people.

Agreed, but it has been going on for a long, long time.

Does anyone really think Disney needed to replace it's workers.

I would think if a worker is being replaced, a foreign worker was not needed.
