2nd,
Your right!
Illegal aliens are involved in all of our food processing. Meat packing, produce pickers and restaurants employ them. I will bet right now, they have been giving people diseases and it is being dusted under the rug. I know we have had some TB outbreaks and Hepatitis directly linked to restaurants but never do they say the are illegals spreading it. This is where we need to start pushing our press to tell the whole truth and our health departments to release the information. We have to demand it.

Here is a partial article from Sept.

Pomona Restaurant Linked To Hepatitis-A Outbreak
(CBS) POMONA, Calif. Three people who ate at a Pomona restaurant last month have been diagnosed with acute hepatitis A, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced Monday.
Health officials are working with Senior Baja, located at 320 E. Foothill Blvd., to identify the source of the disease.
The restaurant remains open because a recent inspection by the Department of Public Health did not find an ongoing source of potential infection.
People who ate at Senor Baja in August and develop symptoms of hepatitis A before Oct. 1 -- including jaundice, fever, light colored stools or dark urine -- should contact their doctor.
"The purpose of this alert is to identify the source of this disease cluster and to prevent additional cases of hepatitis A," said Dr. Jonathan Fielding, the county's public health director.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

TB & HEPATITIS are again rising in pockets throughout the country! It's a very serious issue although being kept as quiet as possible. NY & NJ are right there with other areas.
LEPRACY also. There are all kinds of strange diseases popping up as well as some oldies.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It is well known that Mexico has a hepatitis problem. Hepatitis A is spread mainly by fecal contamination of water and food, generally in areas of poor sanitiation and hygeine, direct contact with an infected person and sexual contact. This is really makes me wonder after all the e-coli problems of late as e-coli is due to fecal contamination. Maybe we really should start sending emails to the FDA regarding the people who are picking and processing our food. You could bet your last peeny that these people are definitely not tested for hepatitis or other diseases.

For some diseases, it can be hard to track the source of infection. TB, for example, can have a several month latency until symptoms occur, making it next to impossible to determine the source.

Bush loves the illegals so much and wants them here so bad..........
wouldn't it be just lovely if we all bought one head of lettuce (IN PLASTIC BAGS, PLEASE) and make Bush the proud owner of an awful lot of lettuce?? He'd probably eat it, thinking it was a "gift" from his "friends" that work out in the fieldsEND OF AN ERA 1/20/2009

Good idea, Kate. We should ask the health department. I will find out what rules are in place already.

Let's have it drop-shipped, just in case it's contaminated so we don't get in trouble for sending the president bio-hazardous materials via the US Mail. That might put us out of commission for a while.
Our local health departments should insist that people are legal residents to work in the food industry. No excuses, no exceptions.
