When Obama unsuccessfully attempted to change the renewal of EADs from two to three years and broaden the immigrant group that would be eligible, it had nothing to do with the overall expiration date of the program itself. He was just attempting to renew EADs for three vice two years. Of course as we know the EAD extension was shot down in court.

Once again, the program has no expiration date and a qualifying member of the program receives a 2 year EAD, however, since the DACA program has no expiration date a person can repeatedly reapply until the program is officially ended.

Yes, it did, which is why DACA Expansion and DAPA were ended that way, DACA 2012 could have been ended the same way and should have been. There would have been no lawsuit had that happened.

DAPA and the 3 year EAD extension attempt was ended by the courts, not an expiration date! Talking to you is like conversing with a wall at times.

You experience that because you don't know what you're talking about. Kelly ended DACA Expansion and DAPA and some other stuff that was in the DACA 2014 Renewal, except DACA 2012, on June 15, 2017. The 26 state lawsuit against DACA Expansion and DAPA wasn't dismissed without a ruling until weeks later.

Your total misunderstanding of the memorandum, the renewal memorandum, the executive rescission and the lawsuits is setting you up for a potentially huge disappointment when DACA 2012 gets to the US Supreme Court on the DACA rescission.

But, we'll see what happens on that in the coming months.
