How very sad that this beautiful young woman had her life taken away from her by another illegal alien ANIMAL. I guess his case will go to an "international court" too. That seems to be the way the NAU is set up. Foreigners get breaks for the crimes they commit, Americans have to pay for their crimes.

It just makes no sense for illegals and their supporters to demand the same rights as citizens ONLY WHEN IT BENEFITS THEM, then play the foreign national card when that benefits them better. I don't see how there could be any confusion and/or discussion when it comes to this crime and this criminal. He took a human life when his life was not at all threatened, that means he's a danger to society -whether it be in Mexico or the US. That qualifies him for the death penalty. It makes no difference if he's a foreign national, unless murder is acceptable in his home country. Listen up real good senior Boosh; he did the crime here, he gets punished here, comprende?

And to think THIS is the culture we're importing from the south. Just like the radical Islamists, there is NO regard for human life. My question to the global elitists and open borders advocates, and of course the current Administration- IF MELANIE HAD BEEN YOUR CHILD, SISTER OR LOVED ONE, WOULD YOU STILL FEEL THE SAME ABOUT OPEN BORDERS AND UNLIMITED IMMIGRATON, BOTH LEGAL AND ILLEGAL?

This monster should never have been allowed to stay here after his first arrest. Drugs and burglary are NOT innocent mistakes deserving a slap on the wrist now you're free to go. The warning signs were there, just as they were in the New Jersey executions of four college kids, the murder of Dani Countryman, and SO many more horrific crimes committed against Americans by illegal aliens AND/OR those who may or may not have been here legally. Don't forget that a number of those September 11th terrorists were here on visas- current and expired visas. Seems to me a good many of our nations 'leaders and lawmakers' have forgotten about that.
