Money is a motivation, Judy. No, all illegal immigration into our country and those already here aren't a products of the drug cartels. Sure the drug cartels are responsible for escorting many illegal immigrants into our country but they certainly don't own illegal immigration as a whole.

They own the smugglers, the labor networks, the borders, the drug trade, the drug operations, the gangs, the remittances, the money, the illegal aliens, their families, the protection, the politicians, the lawyers, the money launderers, the law enforcement, the traffickers, the sanctuary cities, Mayors, Governors, Judges, state representatives, members of Congress, and employees in federal agencies.
