Carlos Flores Vizcarra needs to be advised that the U.S. Constitution affords rights and privileges to American Citizens - not illegal Mexicans.

Vizcarra believes the "highly publicized spectacle of ethnic prisoners is in clear violation" of the United Nation's Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners and asks the board to "put a stop to these tactics."

Funny how so many radical Islamic countries can do worse to their prisoners (stoning to death, chopping off limbs and heads) and Mexico doesn't protest that. Oh I forget: Mexican citizens weren't there so that doesn't matter. But how dare we insult Mexican criminals? And Mr. Vizarra, we have a right called freedom of speech, which can include everything from risque subject matter to political criticism.
Mr. Vizcarra should not blather about freedoms he and the rest of the population of Mexico apparently have never been subjected to.
And why do you dismiss American patriots' concern about the invasion of our country from yours. In other words, try to improve your own country and not bite the gift horse ending up with millions of your people, who apparently you don't want.
