I wonder if those escorted out of a public event will file a civil suit? they should to establish a precedent that law enforcement cannot defend the "non-rights" of aliens for peaceful assembly and freedom of speech --- those are 'privileges' and rights of citizens that "aliens" are not entitled to

There may be certain functions where you have to have a ticket to get in, but not in the lobby where they were. This is public property, a public event, open to the public, and their removal was absolutely clearly wrong. There was no legal probable cause whatsoever for the police to even respond let alone come up to them and question them because of their "attire" or anything else.

So much for that "City of Brotherly Love" crap. I guess they should have worn LaRaza shirts and draped themselves in Mexican't flags. The Philadelphia Police should be ashamed of themselves. But that would mean they had rational minds in the first place. The MM should sue for false imprisonment and violation of their rights as AMERICAN CITIZENS under the Civil Rights Act.
