Great News! Now, what they should have done IMMEDIATELY after the trial is check the papers of the illegal's family, and deport them so we can prevent rape (15 year old girl?) and other hostility. If they are feeling hostility, then they need to go back home among THEIR culture, not ours.

If politics had had it's way they would have, and I feared it for them, but the jury was good, they sorted through the facts, the circumstances, the intent, who actually said what to whom, who started it, who walked away, and who charged who for a second confrontation and who got the short end of the stick in the process.

POTTSVILLE, Pa., May 3 (UPI) -- Hispanic-American leaders in eastern Pennsylvania say they'll urge federal charges against two white youths acquitted of slaying a Mexican immigrant.

Gladys Limon, a spokeswoman for the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, told CNN her group would appeal to the U.S. Department of Justice after an all-white jury in Pottsville, Pa., on Friday acquitted a pair of high school football stars of the most serious charges against them in last year's beating death of Luis Ramirez, 25.

"The jurors here (are) sending the message that you can brutally beat a person, without regard to their life, and get away with it, continue with your life uninterrupted," Limon told the broadcaster.

Prosecutors had charged Brandon Piekarsky, 17, with third-degree murder and aggravated assault, and his Shenandoah, Pa., schoolmate, Derrick Donchak, 19, with assault and other crimes in a fight they said was instigated by the pair by making racially derogatory remarks toward Ramirez. The immigrant died after being kicked in the head, medical officials said.

Jurors, however, acquitted the pair on all but simple assault charges after conflicting testimony over who said what during the altercation clouded the prosecutors' case, CNN reported.

It's illegal in PA, too. The girl's dad tried at least two times to get the cops to help him. He died in February before seeing any justice done on this case. God rest his soul.

And yes, the girl DID admit on the stand that she had a "physical" relationship with the illegal alien, and that he had asked her to marry him just a few days before the fight. She said he even gave her a ring.

I must have missed some key elements of this story along the line.

The IA wasn't married. He was just living with his "finance" who had borne him to Anchor Babies. Crystal probably didn't know he was having sex with someone else, let alone a 15 year old. He had been with the 15 year old at some friend's house, all day, then he and the 15 year old got a ride home but asked his friend to drop him off at the park, when the 15 year old got out, she ran home, he waited in the park, then she comes out and meets up with him in the park, about that time the 4 boys are coming down the way on their way home from the Polish-American Block Party, made the comment to the girl "isn't it a little late for you to be out", the IA was furious and started yelling at them, they yelled back, a little altercation, then the 4 boys walk away, and the IA gets on his cell phone, yells at the boys and "charges" after them, one of the boys turns around and punches him, he goes down, hits his head on the sidewalk, went unconscious and died from a brain injury from the fall. All the yammering about "beating him to death" isn't true, because his friends he'd called had arrived, the older boys were trying to break up the fight, and it was just a tragic accident that when the 1 boy punched him 1 time, the IA fell backwards and hit his head which turned out to be fatal.

I think as the case unfolded and the whole story came out, that's the first Crystal, the fiance with 2 of his kids, knew of the girl-friend.

The 1 boy, Walsh who threw that punch, plead guilty and is serving 4 years for that. But the others shouldn't have been charged with anything except simple assault, let alone charged with murder or manslaughter.

The media made a big mountain out of this mole-hill. People get in brawls all the time, usually started by a hot head like Ramirez, and if someone falls from a punch they lured and drew, as he surely did, then that isn't murder, that's what you get when you yell at someone and charge after them, they turn around and pop you one.

Ramirez was the one who'd been over at his friends house drinking all day and night, the boys had just had a little beer at the block party. Yet, the media made it out that they were drunks. The jury saw through all this and made the right decision, but lordy, if we don't get these people out of our country, it's Americans that will be going to prison, not the Illegal Aliens. It won't be happening to someone else's child, it will be happening to yours. It'll be your underage daughter having sex with a 25 year old Mexicans. It'll be your teenage boys trying to send her home by making a comment. It'll be your family members on trial for trying to do the right thing. This is getting way out of hand in our country and our next generation of Americans are going to be paying the price for what ours didn't do to protect them.

The 15 yr old is Crystal Dillman's half-sister. Dillman has been pretending to be Ramirez's fiancee since last summer. None of her children are Ramirez's offspring (according to the PA child support website!), so her position is just a show for sympathy and cash (she got $10,000 for People Mag story, $20,000 from Victims Advocate Office, and unspecified monetary donations from the Tan Klans).

Dillman may not have known about the relationship between Ramirez and her little sister, but Dillman DID try to run that sister over in August (cops charged her with reckless driving ONLY!) once there were rumors that the little sister was pregnant with Ramirez's anchor baby. The teen girl was sent away by her family for a while, so no one knows for sure if she actually was pregnant, but it's definite that Dillman did try to run her sister over. Oh, yeah, and Dillman was the getaway driver for a theft at a pharmacy (one of the items stolen was a PG test).

On a side note, Dillman's kids' real father, Servee Perez, is also deceased. It would seem this treasonous Dillman has some black widow tendencies going on.
