There goes Heraldo again, making money off of illegals again, this time with a book. How are illegals that can't read english going to read this Muck? This book will go nowhere and I will venture to say Heraldo will have to go to work for Spanish Media if he is to have any type of career, he is washed up in the American MSM. Well, in fact the MSM is washed up as well. Everyone knows the MSM news is a comedy show and they don't get their news from there anymore. This site and others like it is where I get my news. Everyone knows Heraldo is a phoney. Even the illegals don't like you Heraldo! Goodbye Heraldo!
Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

legalatina, Although all too many Americans, of Hispanic descent are trying to speak up, it would seem that La Raza (the name itself has such racist leanings) would like to silence all but their supporters. I do believe they are after one of two things in this, a socialist country where they are in some sort of seat of power, or simply to gain political power on the backs of illegals of Hispanic background, and their supporters, since they have yet to be able to do it within the American sector.

I can heartily appreciate yours and all others support of this countries laws, before ethnicity, as that is exactly what this countries founders meant for us to do. People such as those who support illegals of Hispanic descent forget this, and place their loyalties with those illegals, before their own countrymen/women, it is something I simply cannot understand.

It is just becoming something that Americans, such as myself and others, are simply getting tired of. Being called all sorts of names because we want to see our laws enforced and the integrity of our country maintained.

The MSM and liberals have hijacked the word and placed a negative connotation to it for the purpose of propaganda. In a clever way they have twisted the meaning of the word by placing a negative connotation with the word nativist, thereby avoiding, or hiding, or camouflaging, there true intent of implying bigot, or xenophobe. Thus the term nativist becomes a means of politely calling one a bigot or a xenophobe. Those who are deeply hurt by names will ofcourse avoid by all means becoming a nativist. Better to stand under the shelter of propagandists, than chance being called a bigot or xenophobe. IMHO that is the way I see it. Opinions please, as I like to investigate the censorship, and propaganda issues in the MSM. Am I too far off base?
I think you have hit the nail on the head. How do we inform people of the true meaning of nativist? I think we should say "Just like 98% of the world's population, I am proud to be a patriotic nativist". Comments?

Trust me, I and most members of YDSFM are also very tired of the same....we have gone beyond the crutch of identity politics and ethno-centric victimhood. We are all AMERICANS and want our laws, borders, customs and traditions respected by all those we INVITE to live here. Is that too much to ask? Is that in anyway racist, or xenophobic...of course not.

However, with me, if I sided with some criminal, simply because they were white, then almost all would certainly call me a racist.

Why do the people here, some Americans and some legal immigrants, side with illegals of Hispanic background, all due to that alone?
    One word: Greed.

It's too easy to exploit illegals under the guise of "helping" them. Each ethnic group does it to their own. Got a run down crappy house? they will rent it from you and pay whatever you want, they will also fix it up for you, so you can later sell it at a profit. Illegal aliens assume their own people have only good intentions towards them.

As for Jerry, he probably needs them to clean his house, mow his lawn, babysit his kids...do all the jobs he's "too good" for and do it cheap.

It is still for some, all about ethnicity. As a perceived white woman, it is something that I have had pounded into my head, that I cannot be ethnic and truthfully it irritates me that someone else thinks it is ok for them, but not for me (although I do not side with lawbreakers of my own race simply because they are my race, that's STUPID!) Which, BTW, my husbands co-worker and he had this discussion just the other day about that, where he was siding with illegals here now being told no license if no proof, he was crying foul all because they were Latino.

So to make a long story short, he said it was sad the Latino illegals could not get licenses, what will they do? My husband asked him would it be right for him (a white man) to side with a burglar simply becuase he was white? His co-worker answered "no", and my husband asked if he did, knowing the man was guilty of a crime, then what would people think of him (my husband). The answer from his co-worker was so clear "maybe people say you are racist".

YES, DUH!!!!! So he countered him with asking "then why is it NOT racism for Latino's to side with Latino illegals?". This man could only give his same answer as in the past, he shrugged his shoulders and smiled, he could not answer any truth that would make it right.

This man is trying to become a citizen, which is great, but my husband told him learning our language and history is good, but he needed to learn that being a citizen of this country is about siding with your fellow Americans, of all races and religions, to stick together about what we want to preserve here, our freedoms to be different and believe differently. THAT is being an American, something Geraldo, and all OBLer's have totally forgotten or lost in their heads.

I think, Miguelina, it is also about political power. NCLR and Mecha and the sorts have the goal of political domination through the Latino illegals in this country (the rest just support them because of ethnicity), that is the only reason they fight so hard for them, to get their future votes, if they got their desired amnesty, they would support these groups politically. That's what I think.

I have this to say, this is what my parents taught me. Being an American does not mean you came from any one nation, it is not being of English, German, Scottish, Irish, French or any other perceived European nation, it is a state of mind, a way of thinking. This is something that many of the illegals, and even some legal immigrants cannot comprehend.
