Problem with that is the IRS is coming down hard on companies who claim to use independent contractors. This recently in the news.

There is no incentive in this bill to hire illegals since to obtain the credit requires verification.

The fact that E-Verify was not included in the bill constitutes a reward for illegals because it allows them to continue to steal jobs from American citizens!

The absence of E-Verify is their reward!
