Another example of the feds raping local jurisdictions. The feds are responsible for border security, therefore since they did not do their job, these people deaths are the responsibility of the federal taxpayer. It most certainly is THEIR responsibility not the local taxpayer responsibility! The feds tax us to provide border security, but after taxing us make us pay for cleaning up after their screw-ups. That is not the way it works in most US courts. Americans and their justice does not pass the smell test here!!
