The FairTax would solve this huge problem, because you can exclude illegal aliens from the rebate which is only available to US citizens and legal residents. Illegal aliens pay FairTax on their goods and services just like any tourist would

The unfair tax creates more problems than it fixes. Furthermore, I don't want to do anything to normalize illegal immigration or illegal immigrants! In other words, I don't want them to have the upper hand in arguments where their supporters say they deserve to be here because the help the economy by paying taxes.
