Under our laws, she has a right to an abortion. As a minor in Texas, she needed parental approval or a Judge's order. She got the Judge's Order in Texas. That cleared her immediately for the procedure. Trying to prevent it with their stupid games was a violation of her rights under federal law and a despicable display of illegal male thinking on this issue.

Like I said, Ken Paxton didn't have anything to do with her not being given access to an abortion in violation of our laws or enforcing the laws of his own state which entitle her to an abortion under Texas law.

Ken Paxton showed himself far out of the legal realm with his attempted actions on this along with Jeff Sessions and that freak at the Office of Refugee Resettlement. The thought of these big powerful men trying to gang up on that young girl to force her into an unwanted birth and our nation into having another Anchor Baby really makes me sick and exposes the disgusting side of the Pro-Life Movement. Just my opinion.

So you want to force illegal alien minors into birthing more Anchor Babies and force taxpayers into paying for it?

You think having a baby is the same thing as voting?

Old men should go whittle or something and stay out of women's business they obviously know nothing about.

I want any illegal alien in this country to have access to prompt swift abortions if that's what they want at their expense.

I do not want any more Anchor Babies and I do not want our government officials forcing any girl or woman to breed against their will, let alone forcing taxpayers to fund such stupidity.

Maybe that's because she didn't know she could get one until the ACLU jumped in and starting using her as a weapon.

As Judge Henderson said, she is not a U.S. Citizen or legal immigrant and is not entitled to be recognized under the same laws that apply to citizens and those here legally.

I noticed you conveniently left out Judge Henderson's quote in your response.

She was in legal federal custody and entitled to all the rights of detainees which includes access to an abortion at her own expense. This isn't the first pregnant illegal alien in federal custody. Her rights and the laws, policies and procedures associated with her condition are clear as crystal and have been for decades.
