PARKER COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) – Authorities in Parker County have arrested a man suspected of molesting a 9-year-old girl as she slept in her home. The man, 35-year-old Israel Andrade, has been deported from the United States on four different occasions.

Parker County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call on Saturday, after a woman called to report her daughter had been sexually fondled by a stranger who broke into her home.

The 9-year-old victim, who had been sleeping on the family couch with siblings, told deputies that she was awakened by a man who was groping her in her private areas.

The girl said the man spoke in broken English with a heavy Spanish accent, asking her to follow him back to the bedroom where he entered the home. Instead, the girl ran screaming into her parents’ room, while the suspect fled in the opposite direction.

The parents attempted to call 9-1-1, but noticed that their cell phones and computer were missing. The mother drove to a nearby convenience store to alert authorities.

During the investigation, a set of footprints was discovered outside the home and traced to a neighbor’s home. Deputies determined that Andrade had visited the neighbor’s home the prior evening.

The suspect was located asleep in a relative’s home approximately one mile from the crime scene. He was found sleeping on one of the stolen phones.

Two pairs of the child’s panties, along with a pair of tennis shoes with a similar tread as found at the crime scene, were also discovered at the residence.

Andrade was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony — indecency with a child by sexual contact — a first-degree felony.

According to records from the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Andrade had been deported from the U.S. on four different occasions: July 2003, Feb. 2004, Sept. 2009 and again in Dec. 2010.

Relatives say that Andrade arrived in Texas from Mexico about 30 days ago.

Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler expressed his frustration with the current state of the Texas-Mexico border.

“Our border Sheriffs and the Texas Department of Public Safety are doing a phenomenal job with the current laws and available resources,” Fowler said. “Yet, our Federal Government needs to step forward and aid us in enforcing the laws on our southern border. This type of injustice cannot be allowed to pass by for a sixth time.”
He continued, “How long will we have to tolerate this type of injustice? It is time for American citizens to make a stand and begin petitioning for tighter security at our borders in order to protect our citizens.”

Who besides me would vote for once is enough? Caught here once illegally, deport, caught here twice illegally, death penalty!! No doubt in my mind that is the only thing that will keep Americans safe from perps like this.

Our borders are porous, we all know it,there was not any appetite politically the past 30 years to secure them, as long as we have two major parties there is not any likelihood there will be, and we need a safety net, we as in citizens and our children. for gosh sakes. As long as borders are porous perps like this one will just keep returning. Lets be honest, with sanctuary cities, being a criminal is an easy living in America for aliens.

Sheriff Fowler is right, it is time for we citizens to get tough on alien lawbreakers, but also on politicians!

Mexican national sentenced for breaking into Springtown-area home, groping child

    04/08/2015 9:45 AM

A Mexican man convicted of breaking into a Springtown home last summer and fondling a 9-year-old girl has been sentenced to 45 years in prison.

Israel Andrade, 36, pleaded guilty on March 31 to burglary of a habitation with intent to commit indecency with a child. It was part of a plea agreement, after which he was sentenced by Judge Craig Towson in the 43rd District Court in Weatherford.

Andrade will not be eligible for parole until 2037, prosecutors said.

“This defendant faces federal probation violation charges for illegal re-entry after deportation in a 2011 case,” Parker County Assistant District Attorney Jeff Swain said in a news release. “He also faces deportation once he is released.”

Andrade, who had been deported from the United States at least four times, arrived in Texas just 30 days before he was arrested hours after the burglary and fondling, deputies said.

A 9-year-old girl told deputies that she was awakened by a man groping her as she and her siblings slept on a couch in the family’s home near Springtown in July. The suspect came in through a bedroom window, authorities said.

The suspect, whom the girl did not know, motioned her to follow him to the bedroom where he had entered and told her to come with him, deputies said.

The girl ran screaming into her parents’ bedroom while the intruder ran to the same window and exited.

“The quick-thinking actions of this brave young girl who decided to run for help rather than follow a criminal’s directions likely prevented this case from being much worse,” said Parker County Assistant District Attorney Kathleen Catania.

Her parents found their cellphones were missing when they went to call 911, so the mother drove to a convenience store to call for help. A computer also was taken.

At the scene, deputies found a set of footprints and identified a suspect staying at a home about a mile away.

Deputies found Andrade asleep at his relatives’ home in the 100 block of Alta Vista Street in Springtown. Investigators said he was sleeping on top of one of the stolen cellphones. When an investigator asked one of the burglary victims to call their cellphone, one of the phones that Andrade was sleeping on rang.

After obtaining a search warrant, deputies later found two pairs of panties wrapped inside a pair of Andrade’s blue jeans — one pair belonged to the little girl and the other to her mother.

Investigators also seized a pair of tennis shoes from Andrade with tread patterns similar to footprints found outside the girl’s residence.
Andrade was deported from the United States four times: in July 2003, February 2004, September 2009 and December 2010, based on Immigration and Customs Enforcement information.
