Ditto! I have no doubt this case is the norm rather than the exception! Why do you think states are going bankrupt! The only exception here is that they actually decided to go after one of these criminals!

Here in CA we have anchor babies employed with Social Service Agency. They're the ones handing out the goodies to invaders. Anyone think for a moment they are going to scrutinize the fradulent identification they are presented with, by an illegal invader walking through the door demanding benefits! Not a chance in hell of that happening!

They're all doing it. How else could an illegal invader, with zero education, cannot speak English, with five anchor babies to boot, afford to live in this country without substantial public assistance!

Sheila Garcia-Penaloza, 28, of 2293 Foxridge Manor, was charged Thursday with felony medical assistance fraud, felony food stamp fraud and misdemeanor public assistance fraud.

The warrants state that Garcia-Penaloza told a case worker that her children's father was not in the house. Court records, though, state that the father was living with her and was gainfully employed.

Investigators state in the warrants that Garcia-Penaloza collected $6,450.84 in public assistance, medical assistance and food stamps between November 2008 and May 2010.

She was placed in the Wake County jail under a $10,000 secured bond. Her first court appearance was set for Monday.

She was also placed under a detainer while the U.S. Immigration and Customs Services investigates her immigration status.

Bev Perdue and her predecessor Mike Sleasley ( really it's Easley, but he was a sleaze!) have turned this State into a Sanctary State. We are hovering at 10% unemployment ( 9.8% last month), and yet 5.3% of the working work force is illegal!!! I hammer her with every article relating to illegals and NC I see.

I'm sure nothing like this is happening here in NYC!

Maybe making a public spectacle of her will help curb some of this. That's a big maybe........
