Items in Gov. Scott Walker’s new biennial budget would cut programs that provide aid and support to immigrants, a move that has drawn outrage among immigrant advocacy groups.

Walker’s 2011-2013 budget contains proposals that would end access to in-state tuition for undocumented immigrant college students and eliminate the FoodShare program for low-income legal immigrants.

The Milwaukee-based immigrant advocacy organization Voces de la Frontera reacted to the proposals with harsh criticism.

“With this budget, Walker is seeking to institutionalize discrimination against low-income immigrant families,â€

GO WISCONSIN! GO! GO! GO! Wisconsin and Governor Walker have sailed through the stormy seas and landed on the Rock of Reason. It's time for these illegal alien advocacy organizations to be denied their 501 C 3 tax exempt status and go earn a honest living doing something that contributes to our GDP making or selling some things Americans would like to buy, and believe me their crap isn't one of them.

Rock of Reason. Learn it, live it.

Legal immigrants (except asylees and refugees) are not eligible for federal foodstamp programs until they have been resident in the country for 5 years or more. This is where the state programs like Wisconin's Foodshare come in.

    immigrant advocacy groups.

"a move that has drawn outrage among immigrant advocacy groups."

You mean groups similar to those who supported Nazi Germany and Japan during WW2?? The war is being fought differently, but it is a war. The Bund, for example, during WW2 was infiltrated by the FBI.
"The organization received no financial or verbal support from Germany, and on 1 March 1938 the Nazi government declared that no Reichsdeutsche could be a member of the Bund, and that no Nazi emblems were to be used by the organization.[2] This was done both to appease the U.S and to distance Germany from the Bund, which was increasingly a cause of embarrassment with its rhetoric and actions.[2]"

Apparently the US government has not applied any pressure on Mexico and Latin America to stop endorsing La Raza, MALDEF and the other orgs that function to undermine the American republic with illegal invaders.

They continue to intermingle immigrant with illegal immigrant in an attempt to gloss over the invasion.
