    Illegals should NEVER get in-state tuition. My fiance can't even get in-state tuition in my state due to her following me back home after I got my honorable discharge from the military. the fact that we have to pay out-state tuition and taxes that support illegal immigrant in-state subsidies is a slap in our faces.
