Thanks for your comments Pkskyali. The company contracted to build the fence and wall would have inspectors to verify that they were being constructed correctly. If it appears that one of the prisoners is sabotaging the project, they have the authority to send him back to the regular prison without any reduction in his prison sentence.

There would be technicians from the company to install any high tech equipment. All of them would be United States citizens.

They will not be able to "run" across the border. Some of them will be enclosed in the "tent city" making bricks for the wall. Everyone outside of the city will be wearing a ball-in-chains or tethered to a post in the ground.

After spending 30 days in the hot sun, from early morning to night time, I do not believe we will see a lot of returning illegal immigrants. Most of them would not want to go through that experience again. And even if they do, they will have a wall and two fences to deal with. Each time we catch them in the United States illegally, their prison sentence will double the previous sentence. One year, two years, four years, more??? Yes, I know, I am wicked.
