They sure keep their polls up for a long time, I just noticed that this post was started on September 7, 2006

I agree Skip. I think they are hoping the results will get better.

It's biased because it only targets Spanish speakers/readers.

Considering the vast majority of Americans don't speak Spanish, they are not asking the majority what they think. Remember, most illegal aliens speak Spanish and so do the people that aid and harbor them. It's a poll directed at an exclusive group. It's polling a special interest group and then saying that is the sentiment of the general population. Dishonest and skewed results.
