Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Thursday called for the Supreme Court to be abolished after the court limited the EPA’s authority to regulate greenhouse-gas emissions.

BREAKING: Supreme Court Rules EPA Has No Authority to Regulate Greenhouse-Gas Emissions
The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have authority to set standards on greenhouse-gas emissions for existing power plants. In a 6-3 ruling, the court sides with conservative states and fossil-fuel companies in adopting a narrow reading of the Clean Air Act. “Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’ But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme in Section 111(d),” Chief Justice John Roberts said in the Court’s opinion, referencing Section 111 of the Clean Air Act.
“A decision of such magnitude and consequence rests with Congress itself, or an agency acting pursuant to a clear delegation from that representative body.”

Last time I checked, AOC is a congresswoman and this falls under her job description as an elected representative.

However, she’d rather complain about the judicial branch limiting the power of the executive branch.
Does this woman ever get any work accomplished?
While Biden has called to suspend the filibuster to push through insane legislation, AOC took things a step further with her latest remarks.
The New York Communist lawmaker said the US just needs to “do away with the [Supreme Court] whole thing.”
“Catastrophic. A filibuster carveout is not enough. We need to reform or do away with the whole thing, for the sake of the planet.” AOC said.
