Well truly I found out in China, that roasted Duck. The best part is the head. They bring out the whole duck, the cut off the breast skin first since it is the best part then the honored guest gets the head. They chop it into. Then place it in front of you. Well I put the first half in my mouth. I thought I was in heaven. You can all take the Duck breast but let me have the Head. YUM YUM YUM Same goes with Fish Eyes. Originally Posted by Neese

You have to also remember I am a southern Boy that was raised on a farm on Lookout Mountain. We didn't waste anything when I was growing up. We had Pig brains and eggs for breakfast.
Now picture the combinations me and my wife comes up with. Southern Foods and Chinese mixed together .http://www.alipac.us/
