I think if those in the know about the legal aspect of it say it's feasible, the money part won't be a problem. Millions and millions of us are sick and tired of this invasion and it's consequences to us.

IMHO, it wouldn't be good to raise a bunch of money by saying you're going to do some certain thing and then find out it's not feasible. Are we gonna give all the money back to the millions of people who contributed their $2.00 or whatever amount?
    You are correct Pat ,

This needs to really be explored as to what is and is not feasible,
In the scheme of things we are small fish , but also its us small fish
that can contribute millions to a cause such as this

But it needs to be done right , it needs to be explored , we need more answers than we have ,

I threw the idea out there , the response has been overwhelmingly positive but we need people with savvy , we need to find the answers ,

Our constitution allows us to petition for redress of greviences

If the invasion of this country isn't a classic case , I don't know what is

I with ya! It's one of the biggest grievances I can think of!!

My question is, how can we use the courts to get the invasion stopped? I wonder if the leaders in our movement have access to legal counsel that could advise them of the feasibility of some kind of lawsuit?

If we do get some movement then we all need to get involved ,

I've been monitoring several forums this morning where I posted this
and the responses are overwhelmingly in favor

I've had some tell me that after the gloom of the last few weeks with Caldron coming here , the elections and everything else , they read this
idea and actually felt excited again , they felt we
can do something and move forward
    usanevada,

Read my post above about the possibility of contacting Kris Kobach and/or Darryl Metcalfe from State Legislators for Legal Immigration.

COUNT ME IN..EXCELLENT IDEA! Just a thought, but Judical Watch seems to be the best way to start, they would do it knowing many of us are willing to financially support a class action suit.

I have to say , I've been checking other forums where I've posted this and its off the charts with support ,

Nothing is even set up or even started and people are
    pledging hundreds of dollars ,

I can't do this alone , and I sure don't want to handle any
    money

Right after the holiday I will move forward though and try to
contact some of the other big orgs

I also am getting in touch with an attorney that some of you know
from another org , Just to pick his brain a bit
