This is a great idea, we need to push back hard!

In the Nineties some of the States sued the Federal Government for failing to safeguard the Borders and allowing illegal alien criminals entry. The crux of the case was the huge prison costs incured for the care of these millions of illegal alien inmates. The Government settled and to this day pays out hundreds of millions each year to various Local and State governments for all the illegal aliens in prison.

We need the legal citations for this case!!!

Well the Government is not protecting us from a foreign invasion, so we should not have to pay them any taxes. I would be happy to sue over this.

Has anyone e-mailed Kris Kobach on this for preliminary, basic info, just to get an idea if it's feasible??

Those videos that say"Death to the whitey" is something..... That is a threat to us.....

In one of the racist, raza forums they are advocating nuking Arizona because of their recent legislation to deter illegal immigration. They also said it should be nuked because of the "whitebread" that live there. If that isn't a threat to White Americans, I don't know what is.

Great work all -- and don't worry about returning the $2. I would even pledge $5 and would never care if it were returned!

It's worth it to see Americans working together to fight this, and find solutions, outside of government and the political process even, which we know is out of the People's control anyway.
