A few folks around here have recently resorted to attacking the messanger, Greg. If they find the message in the article unappealing, they have found it easier to lash out at the poster, not the message.

I addressed the source of the post and my opinion of the author. I didn't attack Greg and I resent the implication that I did.

MW, GreatGreg, slyhunter, cigar, OAD et al; why don't you guys just stay out of the Ron Paul threads? You have made your feelings known countless times that you do not support him so why are you in every thread about the good doctor? You have posted "articles" from almost every blog on the internet that you can find that tries to denigrate Dr Paul.

Just leave it alone, move on and let people decide for themselves, you have argued your points ad nauseum.....

DES MOINES, Iowa - Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul on Thursday said he expects to gain support from people who previously backed Tom Tancredo because of his tough stand against illegal immigration.

"His views and my views were very similar, and therefore we will be picking up support from those individuals not only here in this state but throughout the country," Paul said at an event in a downtown Des Moines hotel.

"One of the reasons I think that we do such a poor job on protecting our borders is the fact that leaders on both sides of the aisle strongly support the notion that we should have a union, where you literally obliterate the borders and have the three countries become one and that to me is a lot different than being friends," Paul said.

Paul said he opposes international organizations like the United Nations, International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the World Trade Organization because they impinge the U.S. government‘s autonomy. In addition, Paul opposes the North American Free Trade Agreement.

At the event, Paul received the personal endorsement of a leader of the Iowa chapter of the national Minuteman Civil Defense Corps. The group said it supports strengthening the U.S. border to prevent illegal immigrants and contraband from entering the country.

Ive posted them both ways, many times, many way, many shapes, and colors even a few of my own, even way back before that one guy from the tree leaves came back around...
